Staff is very kind. Rooms are ok. Neighbors above and next door are noisy. Remote control didn't work, had to change channels on the TV. For the price it's not worth the money. If you're in a pinch it's a good place to go or just for a night. Not recommended for a vacation spot. Wifi is hard to get on the internet.

The Knights Inn brand is generally known for its economy lodging, offering basic amenities and a convenient location without the frills of higher-tier hotels. When considering options under "Hotels Near Of Me," the Knights Inn Bristol's positioning often highlights its accessibility and cost-effectiveness. However, as with many budget accommodations, guest experiences can vary significantly, reflecting different expectations and individual encounters, as highlighted in the provided customer reviews.
Environment:
The Knights Inn Bristol is situated on Green Lane, a road that provides access to various local points of interest and transportation routes within Bristol, PA. This location often means easy access to nearby dining options, convenience stores, and other essential services. Bristol itself is a historic town along the Delaware River, offering a mix of residential and commercial areas. The external appearance of a Knights Inn property typically aligns with that of a traditional motel, featuring ground-floor access rooms, often arranged around a central parking lot. This design provides direct entry to rooms, which can be convenient for travelers with luggage or those preferring quick access. The immediate surroundings of the hotel would likely be a combination of other businesses and possibly some green spaces, depending on the specific stretch of Green Lane. However, aspects of the internal environment, particularly concerning noise, are highlighted in customer feedback. One review explicitly states, "Neighbors above and next door are noisy," suggesting that sound insulation might be a concern within the building, potentially impacting the peacefulness of a stay. This points to a typical challenge faced by some economy hotels, where the construction materials or age of the building may contribute to noise transfer between rooms. Despite this, another review notes, "our room has always been clean," indicating that the hotel strives to maintain a basic level of cleanliness within the rooms, which is a fundamental aspect of the indoor environment.
Services:
The Knights Inn Bristol typically offers essential services designed to meet the basic needs of its guests. A front desk is available for check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries, ensuring that guests can receive assistance during their stay. The staff, according to one positive review, is "very kind," which is a significant factor in guest satisfaction, indicating a focus on hospitable interactions. This suggests that while the hotel may be budget-friendly, there are efforts to provide a welcoming atmosphere through customer service. Standard services often include daily housekeeping, ensuring that rooms are tidied and refreshed. However, some reviews indicate limitations in terms of in-room functionality, such as a "Remote control didn't work, had to change channels on the TV," which suggests a need for more diligent maintenance checks of room amenities. While complimentary Wi-Fi is generally offered, one guest noted, "Wifi is hard to get on the internet," indicating potential issues with the reliability or strength of the internet connection, which is a crucial service for many modern travelers. The ease of extending a stay and receiving a discount, as mentioned by a repeat customer, suggests a flexible approach to reservations and a willingness to reward loyalty, which can be a valuable service for those needing longer accommodations.
Features:
Rooms at the Knights Inn Bristol typically come equipped with standard features expected in an economy hotel. These often include a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a television. Many Knights Inn locations are also pet-friendly, a significant feature for travelers with pets, though it's always advisable to confirm any associated fees. The presence of comfortable bedding is a basic expectation, though the term "Rooms are ok" in one review suggests they meet a minimum standard rather than offering luxury. The positive review, stating "our room has always been clean," underscores the hotel's ability to maintain a fundamental level of hygiene in its accommodations. However, the functionality of in-room features appears to be inconsistent, with the specific mention of a non-functional TV remote. This suggests that while rooms are equipped with amenities, their working condition may vary. The challenge with Wi-Fi connectivity, as noted by a guest, is another feature-related concern, as reliable internet access is increasingly seen as an essential amenity. The lack of specific mentions of additional features like a pool, fitness center, or complimentary breakfast suggests that the hotel focuses on providing basic lodging rather than extensive recreational or dining facilities, aligning with the economy hotel model. The overall impression regarding features is that they are minimal but generally present, with occasional issues in their operation.
Promotional Information and Value Proposition:
When considering "Hotels Near Of Me," the Knights Inn Bristol's primary promotional appeal lies in its affordability and convenience. The hotel's value proposition is centered around offering a simple, clean, and accessible place to stay at a competitive price. For guests "in a pinch" or needing accommodation "just for a night," it positions itself as a practical solution. The repeat customer's experience of consistently clean rooms and receiving a discount for an extended stay highlights the potential for good value and customer loyalty. This indicates that for some guests, the hotel successfully delivers on its promise of an acceptable stay for the price. However, the promotional message of "value for money" is directly challenged by one review stating, "For the price it's not worth the money," especially when coupled with issues like noisy neighbors and a non-functional TV remote. The advice "Not recommended for a vacation spot" further clarifies the hotel's niche as a temporary, functional stop rather than a destination in itself. While the hotel might promote its basic amenities and friendly staff, potential guests should be aware of the varied experiences regarding room condition, noise levels, and amenity functionality. The contrasting reviews underscore the importance of managing expectations: while some guests find it perfectly adequate for their needs, others may find its limitations outweigh the perceived cost savings. The hotel's appeal largely rests on its affordability and location for those seeking a brief, no-frills stay in the Bristol area.

May 08, 2025 · Rachel PiccinettiI've been coming here every year for about 4 years. I honestly can't say anything bad about it, our room has always been clean. One year we extended our stay by a couple days and I got a discount. I've seen the bad reviews but I've never had a problem. So I'll be coming back.
Apr 27, 2025 · Ana FosterLocation is great, cleaning staff is friendly, office staff is friendly, decent price for the area, but I had the extreme misfortune of encountering the actual owner of this hotel one day I went to pay. I always pay with cash and never have any issues, but when I paid for my room and returned to going about my day several hours later I was contacted by the office stating I still owed money on my room for the day or would need to leave or come down and pay it straight away. I went down to explain the situation in person and the owner had a melt down stating I was trying to scam her. I paid the money but spoke to other people staying at this hotel who had been there for a while and apparently this is just something the owner does if you pay cash. She is verbally abusive and tries to deflect from the fact she is scamming people who are down on their luck and have no way to prove they have paid for their room in full unless they request a paper receipt (because she does not offer one). I would advise if you are going to stay here use a card to pay, if she claims the credit card reader is down (which I have heard she has done to several people to make them pay cash) be sure to request a paper copy of your payment to avoid her hustle shenanigans. Other than the owners (a husband and wife) this place is great for the price. The owners are not their often, but have been showing up more recently and causing this to really have its draw backs. I’m very sad to rate this as one star, but the owner’s action reflects too poorly on this place to leave a positive review and people need to be aware of the situation.
Feb 15, 2025 · Trinket PhoenixThe location is decent, there are shopping centers, food, and a wawas near by. The staff was nice. Walking in to check in the office it was clean and smelt pleasant and welcoming, we check-in and go to our room and at first glance it's ehh, a little dated....but manageable. We arrived late and we're just tired. We went to grab food and come back to try and get some sleep. When we got up the following morning and to shower the bathroom was absolutely gross, the walls were very dirty, the shower was dirty....needless to say it was not a pleasing thing to wake to, and upon further investigation the heater vent in the room kicks out dust and debris, and the dark painted walls/headboards have dirty hand prints. 🤢 Oh and if that isn't enough to make your skin crawl....there was a gentleman passed out on the stairwell...How is this allowed and management didn't do anything? They have cameras and are very well able to see this.... Just very disappointed!!!
Dec 16, 2024 · Kari BarnesThe property manager needs to be reported. They take money off the top when you pay in cash and and fly off the handle in your face for their own mistakes. If it werent for them being there and how they handle stuff I would give this place five stars because of location and price. Im also reporting this to BBB to have them look into this.
