Overall looks clean in the lobby area but the room was an entirely different story. We were put in a room with a horrible smell (like very dirty sewage) and when we went to say something at the front desk the lady barely mumbled an insincere “my apologies”. Definitely do not bring kids here because the floors are not acceptable to walk/crawl on without shoes the felt moist and disgusting. I’ve definitely encountered worse hotels but for the price charged here I expected something a lot more clean with friendlier staff.

May 04, 2025 · Ariel MoralesI've stayed at many hotels and quite a few Sleep Inns; this one was gross. I don't mean to be unkind, but I'm hopping this may help encourage the place to be better. Its proximity to The Conference Center was great, but if it hadn't been very late when we checked in, we would have left. Fix the mold around the shower, don't forget to dust, vacuum (people are going to walk bare foot) etc. Even my 10 year old boy noticed it was "dingy." Also, it's not a great idea to encourage (feed) stray cats to hang around a hotel.
Mar 22, 2025 · Jai StoThe room was not up to par. There was an ironing board but no iron, the floors were nasty (I would not walk bare in there), smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room, it was dusty and just looked infested with something. I understand it’s an older building but this was unacceptable. It was really late when we checked in and were only there for maybe 5 hours but I started to sleep in my car and request a refund. On top of that, when I got there to check in the lady up front was eating and watching something on her phone really loud and instead of turning it off she was trying to talk over it to check me in. She was sitting in the chair and asked for my ID but wouldn’t get up to check me in, had me all across the front counter trying to hand her my licenses. Please do better. I just felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there and still couldn’t rest.
Apr 09, 2025 · Sarah CobbWhen we arrived, our room was still dirty. Then we moved to a new room which had no conditioner, no extra pillows or blanket then walking back after breakfast I realize we never received any travel size stuff that should be in the room i would not stay here again
Mar 23, 2025 · Haley CagleAs soon as we got to our room (306) and turned the lights on there were roaches on the walls. Went straight back down and requested a refund. The place smells bad and is just gross.
