Our company booked two double rooms for us and my coworker to stay in overnight. My room was on the first floor and the hall carpet was noticeably dingy. I open the room door and was hit with musty odor. I left my suitcase in the door way to leave the door open. As I had an uncomfortable feeling walking into the room. I pulled back the bedding on the bed closest to the window furthest from the door to check for bedbugs as I do all hotels. I didn’t get any further. There was black spots and other debris all over the fitted sheet. I left the room. Advised the attendant I wouldn’t be staying in their establishment advised my coworker to check their bed and went outside to call my employer and let them know of the situation. My coworker called me within minutes and described the same issues with his room. He advised the attendant the same and asked for a refund of our rooms. The attendant advised our employer would need to call back in the morning to speak with management. I didn’t dig deep enough into the sheets or fully remove them but from the spotting, smell and debris I would suspect they have a bedbug infestation. If not then my only other guess is housekeeping just doesn’t change the sheets. I went 10 miles down the road to the Hampton inn which happened to be sold out and explained we had to leave the sleep inn where are reservations where because of the conditions and the lady literally apologized to me as she knew exactly what I was talking about.

Jun 11, 2025 · April WalkerA good place to spend the night!! I drive commercial vehicles so parking is a big bonus which they have a huge lot for. Rooms are very nice, and the showers are just as good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Now if you are walking to get something to eat, there are plenty of places you can easily walk to, but keep in mind it's an uphill walk coming back to your room lol. Would highly recommend and will be staying again.
Mar 10, 2025 · Bill HowellThe room was okay. The bed was a little hard, but overall, it was clean, and the shower was nice. Except for the latch being broken on the door, the breakfast is not that desirable, barely edible, so that's why I'm not giving 5 points because of the breakfast and the bed.
May 15, 2025 · Cary MartinRoom was clean and hotel was quiet. Toilet was loose. Coffee was cold, even though it was in a thermal carafe. Colleague's room had previous occupant's trash in their bins. So, room for improvement - but was fine for an overnight stay during a road trip.
Apr 09, 2025 · BrianMy husband and I booked a room the night before our very early flight, as we are coming from KY and primarily booked for the shuttle service. We booked our shuttle on arrival for 5:10am. The morning of our flight we got to the lobby for our shuttle and was informed it wasn’t running due to weather. Was it snowing - yes. Was it snowing enough to impact a shuttle service - absolutely not. Aside from this being an incredible inconvenience, we were not contacted ahead of time about the shuttle services not running, so that would could prepare for another plan. Now we are out even more money having to pay at the airport for parking, and our travel plans were impacted because of this. It would have been nice to have someone call our room prior to us arriving for pick up, to let us know about the shuttle not running! Also - don’t offer a shuttle service if you live in an area where you *might* need an AWD vehicle and you don’t have one.
