I would not recommend staying at Spark by Hilton. We checked in Monday June 9th and we canceled our stay shortly after arriving because of how bad the conditions were. The front desk attendant was unprofessional and more focused on her phone than helping us. There was trash all over the entrance, which gave us an immediate bad impression. The toilet was constantly running and did not flush, so we couldn’t even use the restroom. The room itself was filthy — the sheets were covered in hair and dirt, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned or swept, fruit flies were everywhere, and the air vents and A/C unit were caked with dust. The headboard was greasy, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hallways were dirty and needed vacuuming, and the elevators were absolutely disgusting. We booked through Expedia and received a refund for the room. However, we were charged $17 for parking by the hotel. The front desk attendant told us the manager would contact us on Tuesday to refund it. Additionally we have a charge of $92 pending and we do not even know what this is for. It’s now Friday — after 10 phone calls and an unanswered email, we still haven’t heard anything. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and the lack of customer service only made it worse.

Jun 13, 2025 · maddie slagerDon't stay here!!! Unfortunately, our experience at Spark by Hilton fell far below expectations. We arrived on 6/9/25 and were supposed to stay through 6/13/25. We ended up canceling our stay shortly after arriving. The front desk attendant seemed uninterested in helping and was more focused on her phone. The entrance was messy, with trash scattered around, which gave us an immediate bad impression. The room wasn’t clean — there was hair and dirt on the sheets, fruit flies in the air, and visible dust buildup on the vents and A/C unit. The bathroom didn’t appear to have been swept, the toilet didn't work, and the headboard felt greasy. The hallways and elevators also needed serious attention. We received a refund through Expedia for the stay, but the hotel still charged us $93 for parking/incidentals. We were told we’d be contacted by the manager on Tuesday (6/10) for a refund, but by Friday (6/13), we hadn’t heard anything. Despite calling multiple times and sending an email, we haven’t received any response. Very disappointing overall. We expected better from a Hilton-branded property.
Jun 13, 2025 · Dylan FordI don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews for this place. The whole hotel was clean, with not a single piece of trash on the floor. The receptionists were very nice and helped us with all our issues. We were a little worried about the car theft, but it turns out that they had a guard outside to prevent it. Although the breakfast was a little bland, the whole hotel was an amazing experience. Everything was well-kept and all of the staff were extremely nice. I would definitely come again.
May 04, 2025 · Subang AdapalaThe location for the hotel is the best. Rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable. On the negative side, the breakfast was the worst I have ever had. No eggs, no syrup, no waffles. 2 types of cereal, 3 types of bagels and 2 types of juice. If it wasn't for the location, I would of rated everything a 1. Hilton, you need to improve your breakfast.
Apr 21, 2025 · kike romanWe stayed there Thursday night through Monday. First night I was there a guy parked on the street and another one got out. He was getting a tire off but the front desk guy scared him off by setting his own car alarm going off. There is no 24 hr security there but only Friday night and Saturday night. There should be security at all times. There is no top sheet and same old breakfast every day. Looks like none of the rooms got vocume cleaned. I found trash behind my bed. Only downside of this hotel. Close to six flags. I doubt we stay here again. Not very well clean. There was kids screaming at ten at night.
