Some of the staff were extremely helpful, shout out to the short lady that works in the morning, and keep up the good work. I really appreciate your great customer service. Some of the other staff just didn't give a damn. The rooms were in pretty good shape. I did find a piece of chicken in the corner of the room, I'm sure that's something they probably just missed. I also had issues with the dead bolt on my door it would not lock. They said somebody would fix it the next day, but no one came to fix it.

The cons are :There were tiny ants coming from my AC unit, The day after we arrive, we requested towels and washcloths. They ran out we had to go and purchase our own. And for God sake’s, please upgrade your pillows. If I wouldn’t have brought Motrin with me, I would’ve been in pain the entire trip. The pillows are extremely flimsy and not comfortable at all. Bring your own snacks and drinks the vending room next to the front desk is outrageous. I paid $15 for a bag of Fritos and a bag of chocolate covered pretzels. I would definitely stay again because I overall like the hotel but I will bring my own towels, washcloths pillows, and snacks

What do you get? A guaranteed designated spot? Nope. Valet parking? Nope. Parking lot security? Nope. Just the privilege of parking in the parking lot of a place I've already paid to be at.
Apr 10, 2025 · Garie ShrewsburyThe only stars I could give honestly would be the location because I couldn't check-in because apparently they don't accept Chime Credit or Debit Cards. No mention of this on the website. I called and chatted ahead of time to speak to someone regarding a different request and no one mentioned this. So what happens if you have people coming in from out of town during a busy weekend? Not only that, what if a guest does mobile check-in? How would you know if they used a chime card? Fosse won't tell you that. I fail to see what reason there would be. If the funds are available, then you still get the money. It makes absolutely NO SENSE! I've worked at several Marriott properties over the span of 3 years, corporate AND franchise, as well as stayed at plenty of properties on several occasions. NOT ONCE, was I denied because of my bank. That is ridiculous! I understand it's not the employees' or even the manager's fault. And I completely understand policies. My issue is that there is NO notice of this policy at all. They wait until you have driven from wherever you drive from, get to the hotel to check-in, and then tell you they don't accept your card, which by the way is FDIC insured. It's a freaking credit card! Bottom line is... They need to ensure that potential guests are aware of this policy before they get to the hotel. Then on top of all that, I was told they would cancel the reservation with no charge (I would hope no charge being that you denied me from checking in). But low and behold, I get a notification around 3 in the morning that a transaction was denied from that same hotel. Apparently, they didn't know to process the reservation out after cancelling it to ensure the cancellation fee didn't attempt to charge during Night Audit or to place the W6 (Waive Cancellation) code on the reservation. (I wasn't lying when I said I've worked for Marriott going on 4 years.) Because of this negative experience, even if I had a different bank, I still wouldn't return here. At least the front desk agent was polite. I give them that much credit. All in all, since they apparently can't inform people of their policy before they arrive, I'm letting everyone know to avoid this hotel if you have a Chime card or a cash app card according to them. Unless you have a different method of payment.
