**Caution Advised Regarding This Establishment** Upon check-in, the condition of the accommodation was concerning. The room emitted an unpleasant odor, and it was evident that the carpets had not undergone cleaning for an extended period. Key appliances, including the stove and garbage disposal, were non-functional, and the toilet only flushed after manual intervention. Initial communication with the former manager, Lisa, indicated that maintenance was inadequate, with her assuring me that repairs would be addressed at a later time. Following her reassignment to another property, Rocelyn assumed management. Under her leadership, a substantial reduction in staffing occurred, and a new maintenance hire appeared ill-equipped to handle the demands of a facility that accommodates over 75 dogs he states he is terrified of dogs of any size. Compounding the issues, the rear exit door was frequently propped open due to the malfunctioning key system, raising security concerns. There were also significant lapses in surveillance, as the owner had failed to rectify issues with the security cameras, leaving the property devoid of operational monitoring. Conversations with staff, including Chris, Santana, Ci Ci, and others, revealed that the carpets had not been cleaned in over two and a half years, attributed to a broken shampoo machine that the owner had neglected to repair or replace. My stay from March 27 to June 30 was dictated by financial constraints, during which no maintenance issues were resolved. The current manager, Rocelyn, displayed unprofessional behavior by interfering with my service dogs while they were performing their duties. A particularly troubling incident occurred when she knocked on the door, waking my autistic sister without allowing her the courtesy to dress or secure the dogs in their kennels. Rocelyn entered the room alongside an unidentified male and confronted my sister, alleging rudeness while mischaracterizing the protective behavior of the dogs—who were responding to her close proximity. It's important to note that Cocker Spaniels are generally non-aggressive; however, Rocelyn's approach understandably provoked a defensive reaction from the dogs. Overall, these experiences forced us to install surveillance cameras in our room for security. Additionally, Chris from the front desk demonstrated a serious lapse in confidentiality by disclosing our room number to a stranger and facilitating the individual’s access to our accommodation. In conclusion, the lack of cleanliness, safety, and security at this establishment raises critical concerns. It is advisable to maintain footwear at all times within the confines of the room, given the unsanitary conditions. This facility warrants inspection and possible intervention by health authorities.

Jul 21, 2025 · Faith KinserI gave a lower rating on the rooms only because my original room which was fine I got forced out because of how the rooms are designated and end up in a room with a sub par ac unit. But the staff was always available to help me with situations that arised like having trouble getting laundry done or more importantly getting me back into a room with sufficient ac. The staff should be commended for their hospitality and willingness to help a resident despite the increase workload of having a fully booked hotel
Jul 02, 2025 · damian donlonIf I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had—and we travel often for work, staying in various hotels. Unfortunately, this place was beyond unacceptable. We checked in a bit early and were immediately told, “That’s what you get for checking in early,” when we asked why the room wasn’t cleaned properly. That excuse alone was shocking, but it only got worse. The room smelled overwhelmingly of sweat, stale cigarette smoke, and urine. It was clear that the room had either not been cleaned at all or was very hastily “freshened up” in the most superficial way. There were stains on the bedding, dust and grime in the corners, and the bathroom was filthy. Hair on the floor, mold around the tub, and a lingering sour odor that made it hard to breathe. I’m pregnant, and the conditions made me physically sick. I had to step outside multiple times to avoid vomiting from the smell and filth. To make matters worse, housekeeping never came by during our stay—until an hour before checkout, when they just barged in without knocking. No respect for privacy, no effort to actually service the room. When we voiced our concerns, we were dismissed with comments like, “Your group does nothing but complain,” as if expecting basic cleanliness is asking too much. We ended up spending most of our time in the car—eating and even napping there—because it was genuinely more comfortable and hygienic than being in that room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We’ve stayed at several other hotels in the area during our work trips, and every single one was significantly better. This place felt like a 1-star roadside shack, not a place that should be taking anyone’s money. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
Jun 11, 2025 · Breeze HollandThis hotel is trash. Management is nosy and rude. Rooms were outdated with broken appliances and broken ac. It's loud with people screaming and swearing and stomping around above you. The worst part is they hotel employees STOLE from me when they cleaned out my room took my Playstation 4 pro. Not honest or trustworthy people working here. This is not a theft free hotel
