We booked at this hotel due to them being pet friendly. We were assigned a room in the Flagship building that had 2 queen beds. This is the only building that allows pets. Our room was large and spotless. The shower had good pressure and the bathtub was comfortable. It was quiet except for an occasional dog barking, but that didn't bother us. They had a nice area to walk your dog and an outdoor pool (wasn't open yet when we were there). I liked the fact that the rooms in this building have exterior entrances, makes it very handy when traveling with a dog. I would have gave 5 stars if the breakfast would have been a little better. No warm foods like bacon or eggs (except hardboiled). It would be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast room to warm up the pastries that was available. If I ever find myself back in the area I would definitely stay here again. All staff that I dealt with was extremely friendly and nice.

Apr 30, 2025 · Amanda StaggsI mistakenly booked a 3 night stay here through Reservation Desk/Booking.com. Upon arrival I was charged over $50 more than the amount I received a confirmation email and text stating that my reservation was guaranteed and paid in full. I showed this to the desk person but she only cared what see could see on her screen. Upon reaching out to both parties about this they essentially blamed each other. Management at the hotel in effect told me to “read the fine print.” My husband and I have stayed here 3-4 times in the past few years and have enjoyed. I think good customer service on their part as a returning guest would have credited my account the difference. This issue has soured us and we will never book there again as there are plenty of other hotels in the area.
May 09, 2025 · Pam RI chose this place because it was supposed to be mostly gay. Unfortunately they sold out in 2015 and I think we were the only gays there. The rooms are nice and front desk and cleaning service are good. But there are too many hotels in better locations with more amenities for the same price. The breakfast was very basic, not even worth going to. They didn’t even cook any eggs. Everything was packaged. The gym was minimal and the dry sauna(which has to be heated before use) was coed. They stopped heating the pool when we got here in October. The hotel across the street’s pool was still heated and I used their gym which was much better and they had men only steam and dry sauna facilities.
Oct 15, 2024 · G Mac10Admiral's Inn has something for everyone. You can book a romantic getaway, vacation with the family all at the same place. Two pools, one for family and one for adults. They offer a very decent Continental breakfast and many other amenities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly rooms are also available. Another bonus is the location, walking distance to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Beach but far enough away from the bustle of downtown. The last couple of times we've stayed here our room has had ripped screens so we were unable to enjoy the fresh air. We were going to see if we could get a different room but noticed many rooms had damaged screens. I'm sure some damage is done from being pet friendly but it should be addressed both with staff and guests whose dogs damage the screens. Also, it's nice that money was spent to have a nice spa but the Flagship rooms are in desperate need of updated carpet and curtains although I must say the beds are extremely comfortable so A+ there!
May 24, 2025 · P.L ChipmanNot good. Probably because out of season. The room was large but so cold. The heater was super noisy, the mattress deformed and the sheets really rough. Breakfast is ok, they call it continental, I’d say coffee with bagels and muffins, the hotel is on the road 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and shops.
