Aug 25, 2020 · Bailey PThis place was beautiful... The customer service, location, food and decor was amazing... Alejandro really took care of us and making sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations where to go in town. Amanda (so sweet) offered drinks and food... So yummy. Highly recommend staying here and eating. We stayed in the garden suite. The beds were very comfy. I felt like home here (my wife and friends said the same thing) Love the outside seating that really made my wife and I relaxed. Can't wait to come back.
Jun 07, 2020 · Will CadenaA group of four of us stayed in the double sweet over the past weekend and we had such a great time! The host of the hotel, Alejandro, was so nice, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel itself is boutique style and beautiful, both the lobby and our room. We got drinks from their next door bar and hung out in their back garden area all day, which also was so nicely set up. Highly recommend if you’re going to be staying in the area with your partner or friends!
Jun 07, 2020 · Slim motivesWe loved the Gallery Hotel! The rooms were a nice size, beds were fine with a selection of pillows. There are several areas to sit and lounge around, including a video room. The artwork and lounge/lobby areas were full of artwork and eclectic furniture. Location was perfect, the shops and restaurants were all close by. We would definitely stay at the Gallery Hotel again!
Dec 08, 2019 · tim brickleHonestly it has tremendous potential but the service is less that optimal. When we arrived the front doors were locked and we had to call to figure out how to enter the hotel. Finally, we walked in through the art gallery and was greeted by the “manager “ who said because of COVID we close all the doors . That made no sense or logic . He also said “you look anxious”. I had no idea why he would say that to me but it was an odd statement to make to a guest. Also the COVID concerns didn’t make sense as there was no partition between the desk and the guest . Additional he handed me a bare key attached to a soft piece of foam rubber that must have been used by a 100 people before me. Really ? Your worried about COVID? The rom which I was charged extra was a loft. Now if the loft actually had more space I get it. However what they call a loft is a half wall that is open a few feet from the ceiling . That’s it. Also don’t expect a phone or a closet, none available. Bathroom was in dire need of an update . No phone everything done by text on your phone and that was ok at this moment in time . No food in the morning so don’t expect it. On a positive note the back patio is nice but the furniture needs to be updated. You have walk through the side though there was little to no lighting available . It actually has plenty of potential, the downstairs is part art gallery and Art Deco ambiance and worked nicely. Needs revamp of service , better COVID protection and better service to guests when they come in . As an alternative try the hotels down the street.
