I was really impressed by our room and our view. My partner and I booked the Pool Suite. We were able to use the hot tub and pool until a later time at night which was romantic that it was quiet and just us. We looked at the stars and the infinity edge pool while we sat in the hot tub. The pool was not heated at the time and it was pretty cold out so we didn’t bother but it was still very pretty. They have a pool house with a sauna and spa. Everything was very luxurious and well kept. The views were absolutely stunning. Also breakfast is made to order which I was very surprised and impressed. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it being a special trip for us the staff had included a piece of cake in our fridge that made me feel like they cared and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend this place!

Oct 13, 2024 · chelsea westThe Inn at Ocean’s Edge is a gorgeous property with exteriors that are beautifully maintained. The gardens, grass and paths are inviting, and the view of Penobscot Bay is stunning. Lounging by and swimming in the infinity pool and enjoying the hot tub while looking at the bay is heavenly. The staff are courteous, professional and shared helpful information about the surrounding areas. If you want to splurge, book the Edge (pool house suites by the pool close to the edge of the property.) it’s the perfect place for an anniversary or honeymoon. We enjoyed tranquility and peace and will definitely return.
Sep 08, 2024 · Ann-Mari PierottiWe stayed here for three nights and very much enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful, and they were working on them seemingly every day. The infinity pool was an awesome touch being able to swim while looking out over the water. We did stay in the upper building which required a bit of a walk to get to the pool and main building, but it wasn’t much of a problem. They were kind enough to give us some chocolate covered strawberries and a hand written note as we were celebrating a special occasion. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful views with the fireplace being an awesome touch in our room. The Inn is also about 10 minutes from Camden which is incredibly convenient. The only minor “complaints” I would have is the locks on the doors were pretty outdated and you had to slam to the doors to shut them (not a big deal, but something to improve upon) and it was eerily quiet in the upper building (an easy fix with some speakers to play some jazz or elevator music). Overall, it was an awesome and beautiful stay and would recommend to a friend!
Jun 04, 2024 · Jake AMy husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and the property was better than expected. We were greeted by an easy and friendly check in process. The hotel upgraded our room to the main building which we were so thankful. When we entered into our room we were greeted with fresh flowers and champagne with a lovely hand written note. The room was extremely clean and bright and comfortable bedding. The only complaint is due to it being an older building when the room next to us took a shower the pipes banged in the morning. The breakfast was amazing and the staff hosting were so attentive and helpful, the food was delicious. Having breakfast overlooking the property was an added bonus. I highly recommend this property.
May 21, 2024 · Emily VFantastic staff and beautiful grounds! It may not be a full resort, but they're making it feel like one. We really enjoyed the personal touches, and the excellent landscaping. Breakfast was delicious, too!
