Everything about our stay here was exactly as we had hoped it would be. My only sad note is we didn't get to spend as much time in our room as I would have liked as we were visiting friends in the area. The front desk staff greeted us warmly upon our arrival. The lobby - which we had seen before during a prior visit for dinner - is beautiful and luxurious. However, it was the room itself that took our breath away. It is simply gorgeous, inviting, and oh so comfortable. The brickwork from its past life as a factory is showcased alongside modern amenities and design. I slept incredibly well; possibly even better than in my own bed at home, which is rare. The bed was super comfortable, and the blackout curtains did a great job of keeping the morning light out of the room. The shower was really nice - very roomy with a shower head and nice, hot water. The sink/shower area and toilet are separate, so 2 people can get ready at the same time, which is a nice touch. Honestly, the only tiny detail I can think of for improvement is that there is no place to hang a hand towel for drying your hands after washing up at the sink. My husband and I have spent hundreds of nights in hotel rooms as we travel often, and this is hands down one of our favorites. Highly recommend.

May 18, 2025 · S.B. Taylor Transport LLCWe were drink and bar appetizer guests for three nights in a row. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The drinks and food were very good. One server and the manager did a great job. In general, the bar was understaffed and the attitude far less than ideal. This hotel adds a lot to Biddeford. Better training and attitude are essential. This high end facility is leaving a lot of money on the table by not properly training staff and serving guests within a reasonable period of time. We drive 20 minutes to this location, so we have to assess, is it worth it.
Dec 22, 2024 · John DI visited the Lincoln Hotel last Thursday night to meet a friend for a drink. I ordered a Manhattan, and my girlfriend chose a Paloma (our go-to drinks). Having dined and wined at many places, I can honestly say that the service we received from the bartender, Bo, was unparalleled. Not only were the drinks among the best we've ever had, but the atmosphere he created for everyone was exceptional. The level of customer service was unmatched, and I will definitely be returning specifically for his service.
Feb 22, 2025 · Gabrielle BrowdyThis has to be one of the nicest places that’s ever been in this area, the staff was friendly and courteous but my best and most memorable experience happened in the bar because of the new bar manager, Adam, whose attention to detail & Mixology expertise was well beyond anything I had seen in the last 10 or 15 years, he created these cocktails that were his own design and look like they popped out of an advertisement and tasted even better!!!! That environment connected me with a few other patrons who also enjoyed the shared experience we had with Adam serving us drinks… and thanks Seth, Carlton, Tom, Marla, and A…..
