May 02, 2025 · Karen GHonestly at first was skeptical of this place but after staying here for 4 days, with 4 people in a room can say it was worth it. Only 6 min drive to Okemo mountain, this place has completely fine rooms, that are cozy for a short stay. Housekeeping has been great (mind you there was 4 of us and they replaced our towels and toiletry EVERY DAY). The place also has an indoor pool and hot tub that's in the same building plus a game room with a pool table. Under 8 min. Drive to a ton of bars and restaurants and the staff was very friendly. Plus they are dog friendly. For the price this was definitely worth it.
Jan 26, 2025 · AloyshaPower went out for about an hour or so. Also we got hit with holiday surge pricing and when we got there the facilities seemed not worth it. It was nice, just not as grand as its title suggested. ***** Adding a bit more after the hotel responded (thank you). It’s true the power wasn’t out long. And it was kind of fun to gather with the other guests in the lobby next to the fire. I do still think the rate of $398.00 for a night was too high, even considering the proximity. That said, I paid it so there’s that.
Feb 22, 2025 · David DanaLocation is good. Rooms are fine. Housekeeping is a no go. I don’t need my room cleaned daily, but my request to just have waste cans emptied after 2 days was declined. In general, the Pointe seems under staffed.
Dec 28, 2024 · Mary Ann LynnWhat a lovely little gem of a place! Stayed just one night after a day in Woodstock where it’s very pricey to stay in season. This hotel was less than 30 min away (via a scenic drive), and it was really great- wonderful service, spacious, super clean and nicely decorated room, just five minutes from another town. Very reasonable pricing was appreciated. So glad I found it, because it took some looking!
