Had a good time, the resort is beautiful and immaculately kept. The service was very personable. Stayed in the lodge and it needed a lot of updating. The fixtures were not secure and looked haphazardly done. The fireplace never went off albeit there was a timer, it did work very well and we were warm. The amenities were nice as well. The fine dining Italian restaurant, was just ok and overpriced with not a lot of options. No classic Italian dishes. It was a nice experience but very pricey. Not sure I would do it again.

May 14, 2025 · Jus MeBeautiful resort, quiet rooms. Most of the staff was nice. The manager does not return calls or answer emails. Food on site was very good. Amenities and activities were outstanding.
May 17, 2025 · David LeNormanHotel is beautiful and staff was lovely. Spa services are not worth the cost, massage was probably one of the worst I've ever received--I've had better massages at the nail salon. The bad massages were a topic of conversation amongst the guests. Facial was great, ask for Janice. Food and cocktails were average.
May 09, 2025 · Karen SchroederVery disappointed. We called ahead to reserve a restaurant only to be told to “just show up and walk in”, then we got there and were told the restaurant was closed because not enough people were staying the night. We get to the room, and there is a giant tarp shoved in the fence right outside our door that took staff over 3 hours and 2 complaints to remove. Bugs were absolutely everywhere all over the cabin. And at 7am we were woken up by construction going on in the building. It was genuinely like they forgot we booked the room. After we complained, all we were offered was 15% off ONE night of our stay, which didn’t even cover the tip we gave the waiter. Only bright side was the staff who were genuinely friendly. Everything else was atrocious. Staying at a motel next time. At least then we won’t be charged almost 1K.
Apr 29, 2025 · Steven LeoI've been coming to The Sagamore for years and let me tell you every time I do I NEVER regret it. I recently interacted with their guest service team and front desk regarding an upcoming reservation I have this weekend. I had an unusual request/issue with something I overlooked when I booked my stay. Gabriella assisted me ( a new team member ) she was extremely courteous and helpful providing the excellent customer service I have come to know very well from this resort. I will continue to stay here for many years to come not only for the beautiful resort itself but for how well I'm treated here. They really make you feel like a valued guest and that speaks volumes. The Sagamore is very special to me and I'm so happy to have had so many wonderful memories here. Team Sagamore, keep up the great work!! Management should be very proud!!
