May 08, 2025 · Shari ShultsWe have been coming to Tellico Plains for many years to visit our daughter's family, but normally drive back home since we are only 2 hours away. This last weekend our grandson was graduating from TP HS so we spent the night. We stayed at the Tellico Plains Inn. What a wonderful Inn! The accommodations were immaculate. Beginning with the key less entry into the Inn and our room which I love! The lobby was really cool and was perfectly furnished. Our room was a king with a bathroom -walk in shower - clean - neat and well furnished. Plenty of towels and all placed perfectly. Great touches of Kurat coffee maker and plenty of cups of excellent coffee. King bed was perfect! The grounds outside of the inn were gorgeous. Well maintained and clean as a pin. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. Sat in the late evening and had a glass and enjoyed the setting. The Tellico Plains Bakery was a few steps away for wonderful pastries or lunch sandwich. Come stay at the Tellico Plains Inn - you will not be disappointed.

Mar 21, 2025 · Betty DownsIt's hard to find superlatives generous enough to describe the beauty of this historic inn. From the cheerful welcoming exterior with the rocking chairs on the porch, to the exceptional renovation of the interior (it is absolutely gorgeous !), it is clear that a whole lotta love and thoughtfulness went into this project. The historical photos and write ups really give one a sense of place. From the comfortable downstairs seating area with a full coffee/tea service area to the rooms themselves, every detail was attended to. Super supportive, amazingly comfortable bed, beautiful linens, a large modern bathroom and a coffee maker & mini frig if you want to chill in instead of venturing out. John, I can't thank you enough for offering this weary traveler such an elegant place to rest. You have much to be proud of. I wish you continued success and I will be back! PS!!! I forgot something!! The tote bag with the Inn's logo. What a sweet and elegant touch ..
