Honestly, you can’t get better than this especially for the price. The rooms are super clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Trisha the manage r makes sure all my needs are met. I went to the lobby at 2 in the morning and Josh was more than friendly and accommodating. I was there during snow storm and Ben cleaned my spot and car cause my car isn’t good in the snow. They were more than welcoming. & Breakfast in the morning was great! A crossed the board give it a try!

Jan 20, 2025 · Jordan FowlinNever stay here again. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. There is no heating, and the mattress and quilt are very old and dirty. It is like an ice cellar. I was charged $86 for one night and I couldn't sleep because of the cold. An Indian woman gave us the key at night. When I returned the key in the morning, an Indian man was in charge of the place. I don't know who the boss is. It's shameful. He uses torn quilts and cold rooms to cheat tourists' money. I hope some regulatory department can check whether their hygiene and construction conditions are suitable for tourists to stay. The power strip is broken. Fortunately, there was no fire accident.

The room and bedding were very fresh and clean! I had a full stock of clean bath towels, hand towels and also toiletries were fully stocked. If your traveling in the area, n need a place to get some good rest, don't hesitate to book a room at travelers inn!!
Oct 21, 2024 · Dawn BrownOne night stay, 2 people. While the rooms weren't modern-chic, there were a number of nice surprises including a decent size fridge and a microwave (& t.v.) in the room. The sheets looked clean. Beds were firm. 2 soaps in the bathroom and wrapped cups in the main room. We didn't turn on the heat nor the A/C. Only detriments were during check in and in the a.m.: Maybe it was due to the long day, but at first, I didn't understand the difference in expected cost vs the bill I was asked to sign. (It was the refundable deposit). The guy checking me in started getting loud. Tired, I asked him to not raise his voice as I had a headache and to please just explain it to me. He did both, I signed. The situation was also helped by the [seemingly nice and] knowledgeable woman who was with him as she helped smooth things over. In the a m., I was asked by the cleaning crew when I was leaving. Twice. When I told them I'd be leaving as soon as I secured my belongings, they waited in the next room over, sitting and watching me. The man behind the a.m. counter was fine. My conclusion! Customer service is either hit or miss. Especially for the price and nothing being deal-breaker bad, I'd stay here again
