We visited the Turf Club last Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday, ordered a chef salad where the avocado was rotten, told the waitress and she apologized but didnt offer to adjust the check. We let it go as she was pleasant . We had reservations the next day and ordered the steak sandwich, it was dry, bread was stale and we asked for sauce 3 different times, service was extremely poor. We asked for the manager JOE who stopped by after 15 mins, didn't apologize but would look into it. We never saw him again until we were walking out the door -- he looked gazed when we asked what happened, he said they were busy- and walked away. While the food was poor -- the service and the manager was unacceptable.
