We are diamond members with Hilton and stay at this property several times a year. Really enjoy the golf course and the restaurant on property. However, this week we stayed in our preferred golf view room and noticed that both doors leading out to the patio had blinds that were missing several slants. We walked up to the front desk and the woman said they were booked fully and said they had no replacements for the blinds. Mind you, our room was on the patio level which meant my husband and I had to change in the restroom for two nights and forfeited any privacy at nighttime. Upon checkout, we let a new woman at front desk know and she said she’d notify the manager and they would make a price adjustment for the two nights we had stayed. Never heard anything so we called and she said she again would talk to the mgr. For the price we pay at this property and it being part of the tapestry collection properties, I couldn’t be more disappointed. They need to do maintenance on rooms at this price point - this is not a motel 6.

May 24, 2025 · Rebecca NicholsonHad a short getaway at Waynesville Inn and Golf Club. All I can say is this is a solid experience that I would recommend. I brought my pup with myself and my husband and the inn was extremely accommodating, even offering me a room more suited to his needs. I only give four stars because I found that the meals were a bit overpriced. However, the food we did get was VERY tasty and served hot and fast. The overall service was excellent at all touch points.
Mar 11, 2025 · Juliana RojasThis is a beautiful golf course with a small set of 16 rooms overlooking the course. We loved the atmosphere. Then, about 10pm, we turned out the lights. Promptly, the people above began walking and stomping on the floor. It lasted until 1240am. Then it started back up at 6am. We left a day early. The management was at the checkout and said NOTHING. Never again will we visit. Cheap construction is my guess. Beware. It ruined our trip.
