May 16, 2025 · Kyle SutliffA couple of weeks moving into the room, our electrical socket broke and wouldn't work. They fixed it 2 weeks later. Then a few weeks later the light switch in the bathroom broke down and never got fixed for the rest of the time we were there, a month and a half. The electrical socket broke down again during this time and didn't get fixed for the final month of us being there. It's very noisy. Lots of people were always yelling: in the halls, your next door neighbors, the people on the floor above. It made sleeping very difficult and phone calls a bit awkward at times, needing to explain why someone is yelling in the background. For the room maintenance issues, they gave us $300 credit that was meant to be refunded to us upon checking out. It's now 2 weeks later and they are ghosting us when we ask for an update on the refund process. Just all around a terrible hotel. The only saving grace is it being close to the highway and about 7 minutes from a mall. Everything else about the hotel was bad.
May 04, 2025 · Brandon RhodesIt is a great place to be but the rooms are not cleaned often (2 weeks before cleanup) Nothing there for kids to play with, the bed 🛏️ is so noisy, not sound proof, the walls are not solid so you can hear any single noise from the next room. Aside from these, the place is very good to be and you have your privacy.

Six of us had reservations here, in two separate bookings. Half-way through the four-hour drive to Rochester, we got phone calls- “You’re not here yet, so we sold your room to someone else. Sorry.” This after reserving over a week in advance and providing credit cards to guarantee the reservation. Cue a mad dash to find alternate lodging — while en route! We were completely shocked and furious to learn that Woodspring Suites has adopted the same method as airlines: just sell more rooms than you’ve got, then phone the extra travelers and leave them in the lurch. We can’t tell you anything about the property or the room, except you are taking your chances if you try to stay there.
May 06, 2025 · Gwenly GraceThere was no housekeeping, When we arrived we also found that there was no toiletries, no shampoo and only a bar of soap. on the first night we were there the power went out and the front desk people were extremely rude. The next morning at around 6:15 am someone in the parking lot was blasting music while my daughter and I were trying to sleep so she could have surgery that day. when asked if there was anything they could do once again the front desk was rude and said that they couldn’t help even though it was on their property. There was no breakfast available and coffee wasn’t even available until later in the morning. Our check out time was 11 am and when my daughter called to see if she could pay to check out later the manager was rude to her and said that he couldnt tell her a price or so anything to help. I highly recommend NOT staying here. the service and the people were AWFUL
