Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, kind staff. Only problem is the desk chairs in the rooms - you can hear them scraping on the floor above and next to your room any time someone moves them. They should put felt floor protectors on the bottom of the chair legs to get rid of the sound.

Very nice hotel seems very new. Room was immaculate and high end although it would be too small for more than two people. The workout room is large and well equipped with a great 18th floor view. The parking garage entrance is a little tight and I know someone who clipped a support beam there. Great location and recommended.

I'm not one to leave lots of negative reviews, but our experience needs to be shared as a warning to other guests. I was traveling with 2 other people (3 total). We booked our reservation through a 3rd party website. I called the hotel the next day to confirm our reservation AND to confirm that the room had 2 beds, to accommodate all 3 people. They confirmed that everything was good to go. We arrived the night of our stay only to be told that there were no rooms available. They didn't even have a room with a pull-out bed available. They also kept us waiting there for about 45 minutes, at midnight, while they tried to figure out whether or not they had rooms available. They finally gave us a key card to a room, and we dragged all of our luggage up, only to find that there was just 1 bed in the room. It felt like some kind of weird prank. The staff at the front desk were polite and obviously very stressed out. It seemed like their system was confusing them. Our room was absolutely given away to somebody else. They kept telling us that there were a few empty rooms at the hotel, but they couldn't give them to us "because the guests hadn't arrived yet". But I'm pretty sure that's what they did with our room. Anyway, we booked a room at another hotel down the street, it was unfortunately about $60 more expensive. And before I left, I asked the AC Hotel staff if I would have to pay for parking, since we had to use their garage during this ordeal. She said no. Of course, when I left, I was charged $5 at the parking garage. Icing on the cake of one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. It's been 6 days and I still haven't received a refund. The hotel told me they'd email me proof of the cancelation so I can submit it to the 3rd party for a refund, but they never did. Third party demands the proof so I'm in an endless loop from hell. Also, it should be mentioned that while we waited at the front desk for 45 minutes, multiple parties came down to complain that the AC wasn't working in their rooms. Never stayed in the hotel myself so I can't speak based on experience.

It was my first time staying at an AC Hotel despite all my years as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was amazing. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location was about a 7-minute walk from the city center. I enjoyed my stay.

Loved our stay here. Updated decor, friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Amazing fitness room. Great location!! Walk across the street to DC Metro, 8 stops to DC on Redline. 1 block to Andy's Pizza for late night slice. About 3 blocks from Bethesda Row. Plenty of shops to pick from. 10min walk from Old Georgetown Grille for a good breakfast. This will be our choice for visits to DC.
