Average hotel with below average service. I travel weekly for work. Recently switched to Marriott properties from another chain because I heard the point system is better. I’m about ready to switch back. Several properties have had lackluster staff, who really didn’t seem interested in doing their job. This morning, I asked for coffee in the lobby. The young man said they were out of coffee. When I asked if he was going to make more, he shrugged and said, “In a little bit.” The whole time he was lounging on one of the lobby sofas. Breakfast options were poo. You order from your phone after scanning a QR code. The app is poor also. You can’t pick your room during check-in, like other chains do and the digital key didn’t work. The inconvenience, poor service, and disappointing app aren’t worth any extra point value I may be getting. I don’t recommend this hotel or the chain.

May 16, 2025 · Dennis SStayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. Quite and clean room. Great location being close to a major shopping center and plenty of food options. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Ruben. He will take care of you and your family really well.
May 11, 2025 · Kevin HergertI had such a great experience during my stay. Rjay was great, his kindness and professionalism was amazing. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and it truly made a difference in my stay. I would like to thank him for making my visit feel extra special!
Apr 06, 2025 · Claudia JamesonThis was our first Aloft stay, so we had no preconceived experience. Upon entry on Saturday night, the reception/lounge area was busy and rather loud, and the checkin line was a bit ling. We had a comfortable room, but the compact fridge didn't chill cool enough to use or have a freezer. It was a comfortable overnight stop all things considered.
Apr 03, 2025 · Vikki PapeshThe hotel is very dirty and not maintained. Credit card machines are broken. Printers are broken. Staff is horrible. No coffee three mornings in a row. Front desk staff member verbally and aggressively assaulted myself and my colleagues. Reported to the hotel manager and Marriott.
