I stayed at this hotel for what was supposed to be a 9-day visit, and the experience was incredibly disappointing and suspicious from the start. While the hotel claims to be a new establishment, the room conditions told a different story. The bathtub was extremely old, dirty, and unsanitary — so much so that I had to shower with shoes on. Upon arrival, I was prepared to pay the agreed-upon total of approximately $565 (including a $175 deposit) as confirmed during my reservation phone call. A young man, who I later learned was a manager, processed my payment and issued my room key, confirming the deposit and charges. Here’s where things went downhill: • Two days into my stay, around 3:00 a.m., I received a notice of an attempted $66+tax charge on my card. When I went to the front desk to inquire, I was told the manager had incorrectly charged me and this was to correct his mistake. I paid the amount, though I was uncomfortable and confused by the reasoning. • Days later, at 2:00 a.m., another attempted charge of $12 and then $6 occurred. Again, I went to the front desk, and was told to “disregard it,” as it was “a mistake.” Had my card not been locked, those charges would have gone through. This was deeply concerning. • On day 9, I needed to extend my stay for one additional night and paid $93+tax as a separate transaction. I was assured this would not affect my deposit. After checking out around 2:30 a.m., I waited for my deposit to be returned. Three days later, I received only $12.31 back. I called the hotel to ask about my full $175 deposit, and the staff seemed unaware or evasive. One staff member told me to disregard the $12.31 refund and claimed my full deposit was “pending.” I followed up several times, including speaking with the general manager who promised a return call that never came. I later spoke to the same manager who originally checked me in — he claimed additional funds had been taken from my deposit for unexplained reasons and said he didn’t know why. This experience was not only unprofessional — it bordered on fraudulent. The hotel’s staff was frequently unavailable, untrained, and inconsistent in their explanations. I was charged unexplained fees in the middle of the night, and my deposit was not properly refunded. Final thoughts: • Keep your credit card locked if you do stay here. • Do not trust verbal confirmations from the staff — they contradict each other constantly. • Terrible customer service with long waits and evasive responses. • Other guests shared similar concerns about the front desk being unmanned and questionable charges. I will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company for possible fraud. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Front desk are so attentive!!! They helped my dad to checked in a different time due some international flights issues. They helped me with the reservation the day before, room was clean, breakfast included. Friendly and professional staff. They charged a refundable deposit after check out. Both manager very helpful! Thank you!!!!

Brittany at the FRONT DESK deserves 20 stars if ever possible! I had a situation with my deposit and she immediately jumped to my aid and found the solution. There is a $175 deposit with each stay but it is refunded back within 7 to 10 business days if you follow all the hotel's rules. The rooms are very spacious and breakfast was good. I would definitely return especially when traveling with children.

We picked this location on a whim, as it was close to a venue we were attending. We weren’t expecting much but we got more than we bargained for. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, plus lots of amenities that our short stay didn’t give us the opportunity to enjoy but were available to us none the less. The rooms are super quiet. The hotel was pretty full but we never heard anyone else around us. They offer a continental breakfast with the standard options and it was on par with most other locations and hotel chains. This location seems to be located pretty much five minutes from everywhere. There is a huge variety of eateries close by of just about every type of food you can imagine. There are even shopping centers surrounding the hotel, including a mall. We have plans to attend an event in this area again next year and I think it is safe to say that we will be staying here again. This was a lucky Google on our part!
