My daughter and I were in town for a concert. All of our pre-arrival requests were ignored/not met. The parking situation is very unclear on the website, however I did know this was valet only. Shower glass wall is completely see-through on the room side of the shower so you'd better be comfortable with whom you're there. We sat at the bar to kill time. Bartender did not initiate any conversation. I eventually said something to her (I'm also a bartender) and it was slightly better afterwards, however she eventually took my glass, didn't refill it, and never offered another. She then left the bar and went to chat with a co-worker in the lobby. ? So we waited, she came back to serve a regular at the other end, calling him by name, walked past us twice and still didn't offer me another drink. She also had my card and didn't offer to close our tab either. I had 3 single shot drinks over 2.5 hours so no one was getting drunk here. She was behaving oddly and was inattentive. I eventually asked for my card and we left. I didn't think the city/street noise was outrageous considering it's Milwaukee. We liked the proximity to Fiserv Forum. So nice to be able to walk and that's the whole reason we stayed the night -- to avoid the traffic!

Mar 13, 2025 · Mollie MechenichThis hotel is terrible. Super outdated, cracked shower tiles that are just caulked together, grimy shower in general with a shower head that barely works. Towels and linens aren’t the standard Marriott’s. Carpet is stained and disgusting. Not to mention, if you like to sleep you shouldn’t stay here because all night it is constant revving of motorcycle engines, blasting music and commotion outside.
Jun 12, 2025 · Daniel LarsonSpent four days at Aloft. Never did get room service despite calling the front desk and asking. Asked for a blanket after the first night and never got one. Trash never emptied sheets never changed. I don’t know where the free breakfast was, but that didn’t exist. The location was a bit far from the Baird Center, but we had bus transportation so that was OK. Local restaurants were great front desk. Staff was great, but the amenities were lacking.
May 26, 2025 · Carol OdinzoffWe were in town to see The Bucks! Nice location. There were ear plugs on the bedside table! That's not something most hotels think of. There was a little traffic outside. Didn't bother us. There's also a big lobby with a bar, fireplace, pool table, gaming or meeting table and numerous games to play. Nice touch. Torrence is one of your best employees! He welcomed us back after we came 'home' from the game and was talking to everyone in the lobby and was an amazing vibe! He should be teaching costumer service on a corporate level! He's so warm and inviting, and he's a natural at interacting with humans. Also the kitchen lady with the corn rows was SO nice! We were there Tuesday, April 1st. We rented two rooms. Wasn't crazy expensive! We both have worked in the hotel/restaurant biz and were delighted with your establishment! Thank you!
Apr 06, 2025 · Stephanie GIf you’re planning on sleeping this is NOT the place for you!! Between motorcycles/ cars with their music BLASTING out your window until 3:00 AM, to the noisy bar crowds down the street (who were fighting right outside), and the police sirens it’s nearly impossible to get some shut eye. Our first room had massive stains on the mattress and sheets and the second room wasn’t much better. They expect you to sleep on the mattress protector as a fitted sheet. We moved hotels.
