Jun 16, 2025 · Monique DaughtryGreat guest services over the phone Great guest services at the reception desk Very nice hotel in Baltimore Has six stories Reserved a king bed Very nice room Extremely clean With a very nice view of full wall window Dorm size refrigerator Single cup coffee maker with coffee in the room I won't call him lazy boys, but there's two very comfortable chairs with an ottoman A desk with a desk chair Extremely comfortable bathroom and a clean bathroom including shower And they also offer smoking rooms available
Jun 16, 2025 · Damon HarrisThis stay was horrendous, As soon as we entered the elevator the pungent smell of cigarettes hit us. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the rooms were covered with cigarette burns. From the table to the Blankets cigarette burns everywhere. Other than that there were holes in the blanket and black mold on the roof of the bathroom. The so-called “continental breakfast” was just some Twinkies and coffee. Also, our door would not lock and the staff replied “This is going to be a problem” Quiet hour is a joke. During quiet hour there was a party going on. Not a good place to stay with family. Having headaches to the smell of weed!
May 27, 2025 · R KhanThis hotel is HORRIBLE. There are mice and cigarette burns on the bedsheets and chairs. The halls smell so strongly of weed. Theres black mold on the walls (which is a hazard since most people are allergic to black mold). Their "breakfast service" that they have on their website is just a small bowl of twinkies. They need to be shut down. Don't listen to the 5 star reviews- they're likely bots or the owners themselves trying to save their job.
May 25, 2025 · AlyshbahA+ 5/5 Chef’s kiss! Would recommend! What more can I say…from the charming and friendly staff, to the delightful accommodations, they have truly thought of it all! The room was spacious and cozy. Everything was clean. I slept like a baby…my roommate was so sound asleep I had to tickle his feet to wake him ( yes now my hand smells like blue cheese but that’s not the point!) The convenient location is great for any business, or leisure, or really whatever you might be doing while visiting Baltimore. The icing on the cake was the great shuttle and driver service. A peculiar character for sure, but he eagerly got me to and from my destinations and filled the time in traffic with endearing conversation. 100% will be back!
