It was a great stay and relaxing for my fiance, who was in town for surgery. I was disappointed that upon our arrival of the $150 deposit, it could not be taken in cash after I called a few days before our arrival, and an employee confirmed they would take cash for the deposit. I luckily had the money on my card. I feel like you should train your employees to not misinform guests before they stay. The breakfast buffet included in the stay was good. The pool was nice except the water was very cloudy. I would definitely stay again.

Jun 16, 2025 · charles parkerThis Best Western is an excellent choice if you're visiting Baltimore—just a 15-minute drive from the city center. While driving to the hotel, be aware that there’s a train crossing nearby where you may need to wait for trains to pass (we waited about 10–15 minutes at the signal). The rooms were very clean. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the water pressure in the bathroom was surprisingly strong. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. A complimentary American breakfast was included, offering a wide variety of items like breads, bagels, fruits, yogurt, waffles, eggs, some non-vegetarian options, juices, coffee, and cupcakes. There was plenty of seating and the cutlery was clean and well-organized. Wi-Fi speed was good, and free parking was available. Pricing was slightly above average, possibly due to the season. If you’re planning to visit the aquarium, ask the front desk—they offer a $10 discount per person if you book through them. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the pool or explore other amenities, but the experience was pleasant and hassle-free.
Apr 26, 2025 · Bhushan SonajeWonderful staff! Had lots of conversations and everyone was so friendly, everything was convenient. When they had a staff member not show up for me they compensated and made up for it and I just have nothing to complain about they were so very wonderful and I’m so glad I was able to stay there and also they have an amazing CDL discount and they’re trucker friendly, not a spot for trucks to park but there is a TA right across the street. Absolutely wonderful! Would absolutely recommend to anybody!
Jun 02, 2025 · alyssa kellerI had 2 rooms booked for May 14th and when we arrived, there were security guards in the parking lot telling us that there was no parking. There was a HUGE party at the hotel that had security in the parking lot and armed security guards at the doors. The music was so loud that you could hear it blocks away. I had my 4 and 5 year old grandchildren with me and I did not feel safe in anyway staying there. My adult son and I went inside to the receptionist and told her that we were not staying there due to the unsafe feeling environment. At this point I had to find another hotel to stay and pay for. The receptionist said that I had to call Hotels.com to get a refund. I talked to Hotels.com on multiple occasions and the hotel only compensated one room saying that they refunded the room because I canceled that room the day before, which I never did. I had the inteiary numbers and confirmation numbers with me with no cancelation email. They never refunded the second room stating that we never showed up, which was a complete lie. If I hadn't showed up how would I have know that all of this was going on at the hotel?? This is a completely disgraceful place and I recommend not ever booking here!!! I will be calling the Better Business Office and letting them know of this situation also!!! Cherish Poole
Jun 06, 2025 · Cherish PooleWow, what a great hotel at a fair price! Convenient location, plenty of parking, and seems secure. First customer service oriented place I've been to in forever that it seemed no one was miserable at their job! The desk clerks, the security, and housekeeping were all friendly and everyone acknowledged us and made us feel welcome. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, HVAC unit both heated and cooled us well (we like to change temperatures throughout the night/morning). On the 10th floor it was quiet, no loud foot traffic, doors slamming or anything. (there even was a child's birthday party on our floor when we first arrived and we could only here that from a few feet away from their door, rooms are pretty soundproof!) The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water, and the temperature was very adjustable (so many hotels lately have low pressure and seems water is either scalding hot or freezing cold, no here). The elevators all seemed working, and were fast to arrive (a rarity it seems at other hotels) The pool and exercise area were quiet and clean, the water temperature was just right. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, and was well stocked and also felt sanitary/safe to eat, staff kept the dining area tidy.
