Josey is amazing. Her customer service was impeccable. Seeing that I was frazzled, my flight got canceled, Josey booked a room for me while I was on the phone with the airline. She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The hotel overlooks the cruise port. It was very quiet. It is close to downtown and the airport. There is a supermarket right next door, and a few restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be staying there next time I'm in town.

Jun 11, 2025 · Natasha NelsonOn June 14, 2025, my 6 year-old grandson and I checked into the Courtyard Baltimore Downtown/McHenry Row for one night and I was unpleasantly surprised by a bedbug crawling on my grandson's pillow as I was watching tv with him. I reached out to the hotel to informed them but it was around 1:00 am and there was no manager available at that time. I stayed up all night and my grandson slept on the swivel chair until we checked out. Unfortunately, my grandson seems to have been bit on his leg. I took pictures of one of the bedbugs and also managed to contain one of the bedbugs in a small, sealed container that I had. I mentioned it again to the front desk person and he gave me a card to reach out to manager, which I did. I would have thought that they would have at least refunded me my points back that I used to book the room since I am a Gold Member but nothing was offered to me, not even an apology. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and enjoy the location and price point but this is definitely a deal breaker for me. I plan to reach out to the corporate office in the morning, but from what I've experienced so far, it might be an exercise in futility. Very disappointed.
Jun 15, 2025 · D JThis hotel is definitely a 5-star stay. Beyond the fact that the staff treated me as a valued guess. I also stay in one of their beautiful rooms that overlooked the city. I had a drink at the bar and could really relax while there. I truly enjoyed my stay.
May 04, 2025 · latrice turnerNon cooperative staff. Reception dear never picks up the telephone or always make you hold for hours. There is no complaint monitoring system nor was any supervisor available during my stay of five days. Lastly they charged 1011 dollars for 5 nights and gave me receipt for 964.40 $. Still waiting to get reimbursement.
Jun 13, 2025 · Ahmad S Khan (Khan)Totally unreliable. 24 hours before checking into this hotel, Marriott shortened my 5 day stay to 1 day, without any notification. After 2 hours of playing phone tag between the unhelpful local staff and useless corporate offices, they were unable to determine how or why this happened. The only thing they could tell me - they were at capacity at had no additional rooms available. They have no problem taking the reservation, but keeping it is another story. Moving forward, I will be avoiding all Marriott properties.
