I treated myself for my 35th birthday with a day at the spa & one night in a Harbor Balcony room with my dog š š©· The staff from arrival - departure went completely above & beyond to ensure I had the best birthday experience! They had a sweet set-up for my fur baby upon arrival + a cake waiting for me! I loved the "welcome ceremony" at the spa as well as the sauna, steam room, and bath house. It was really the small touches that made the spa experience so special (champagne, the robes, a parting gift, etc.). Having the Four Season app w/a concierge I was able to text with at any time for whatever I needed really blew my mind! I was able to order myself and my dog something to eat/drink (a separate menu just for pets? š„¹š©·) at any time (24/7 room service š¤), and when I ordered or requested anything it was delivered within the hour! I saw someone else say, "It felt like I was the only person staying at the hotel" is exactly my experience...this is PEAK HOSPITALITY! It's been a few days and even though I only live 5 miles away I can't wait to go back for my next "staycation". Totally blown away - thank you all so much for making us feel so pampered!

Apr 28, 2025 Ā· Lydia YodieCalled in advance for early check-in and a crib. Both were accommodated. Beautiful room with a city view! Honestly felt like a vacation for the family just being somewhere besides home. :) Also, they knew we had kids so they put a cute little kids gift with chocolate, cereal and 4 seasons bib... plus more! First time at a Four Seasons hotel and impressed so far.
May 07, 2025 Ā· Sam NehmeIt is always such a pleasure staying at the Four Seasons Baltimore. The location is perfect, overlooking the picturesque Inner Harbor. You have a myriad of dining and nightlife options within a 5 minute walk. The spa is an experience in itself, with world-class massages and amenities. The wonderful staff at the Bygone on the 29th floor will make you feel special and the food is outstanding. The staff are simply incredible. Polite, professional, and so kind. Everyone from the valet, concierge, reception, housekeeping, to the spa are simply wonderful.
Apr 08, 2025 Ā· Aron FleischmanA fantastic urban luxury hotel. The included spa access is top notch with the gendered oversized Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms along with plush robes, spa water, and heated chairs for laying around. The rooms are expectedly spacious with large soaking tubs and some include beautiful views over the harbor. The property absolutely meets Four Seasons' iconic service standards and, as expected, the lobby was filled with beautiful oversized bouquets of seasonal flowers - even in winter. The affiliated Oaxacan restaurant makes some great drinks. The location is extremely walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough for an urban weekend getaway
Mar 20, 2025 Ā· Alex De BruyneI spent a night here last week, passing through Baltimore after a long day of travel. The room was perfectly lovely and typical of a Four Seasonsāand I was upgraded to one with a balcony overlooking the Harbor. Service as prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, the hotel experience beyond the room was quite disappointing. The night I stayed, there were are least two conference events happening on the property, resulting in two of the hotel bars being closed for private events. This was incredibly frustrating given that I had hoped to be able to just relax on-property that evening, and had figured I could count on a Four Seasons to provide a more than satisfactory experience in doing so. I spoke to someone at the front desk who assured me the restaurants were still open, but as a solo traveler it would have been nice to be able to enjoy bar seating. She then assured me the events would be winding down by mid-evening, so around 9pm I tried my luck again at āBygone,ā their elegant rooftop restaurant. Once there, I discovered that the conference attendees were still flooding the place, making it impossible to even get into the bar area, let alone find a seat. The noise level was off the charts. The crowd was rowdy. I finally gave up and found a nearby restaurant a few blocks away. I understand that hotels host private events, but this should not come at the detriment of guestsā comfort. Whatever was going on that evening was excessive and inexcusable by FS standards. Throughout my entire short stay, the lobby was packed with people who werenāt staying at the hotel and generally getting in the way of paying guests. Again, constant noise and disruptive behavior. I expect better at this price point, and hope that going forward hotel management will be more mindful of the impact such events have on guestsā experiences.
