Splendid hotel in the inner harbor of Baltimore. Walkable to just about anything you'll want to do. The rooms get the job done ; comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping could have been a little more attentive on my stay, but the front desk staff were all pleasant. I'd come back here if the price was right again.

Apr 05, 2025 · Brian DinanRoom was outdated and had an odd musty smell. One pillow had mold on it. Ice machine on floor 2 was gross. Place is in need of a deep clean and revamp. Saturday brunch $40, Sunday breakfast $20. Restaurants within the hotel are a huge convenience. Front desk assistance was a breeze. Unlike others, the two people I encountered at the desk were friendly and helpful! Great location, close to a lot of popular sites. Not worth the money spent. Owners need to get in there and reconsider the vision for this place. Unfortunately, I would not book here again.
Apr 16, 2025 · Kelsey CarusoThe hotel was pretty quiet, which was good, but my top linen had lent balls. Housekeeping was called to replace all the linen on the bed and she had a nerve to ask me do I want it replaced? Of course I do then the lamp on the wall was broken into top it all off the bath towels were rough like Brillo pads. the location is perfect And I love to see the waterfront. maybe management should be changed at this location
Apr 02, 2025 · NStayed the night here with my partner after a show in Baltimore. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and our parking was covered. Breakfast the next morning was nice hot options were fresh and tasty(some of the bagels were very old and not edible) I'll stay here again the next time I'm in town for a show.
Apr 07, 2025 · Jacob ThorneGreat location but not worth It. We found bed bugs in our room. They did move us to a different bed, but then gave us a room that was already occupied so we had to go down again and finally get a new room. They also charge us an extra fee of 30$ for early check-in, which we were fine with paying, but they charged us $50 instead. When we asked about it, they gave no explanation. Later that same day, we were charged an additional $81 without any reason. The front desk said the charge would be refunded, but we still haven’t received the money back.
