I stay at this hotel every time I go to Baltimore. It has close views of the harbor since there are not too many floors, the water is near your window. The food is amazing and they have the absolute best yogurt in town. I would love to upgrade their gym and add equipment to enhance my wellness experience there. I am considering the Four Seasons only for that reason. The Sagamore Pendry is more quaint, homey, and more upscale than the Four Seasons, though.

Jun 09, 2025 · CS AGreat weekend away with family. Staff was top notch/accommodating. Governor’s Suite was spacious/modern/had private access to pool. Tremendous room/resort vibe…even walked back to room an early evening celebration happening outside and was invited to join in. (Happy Birthday Leah!:-) Fun Jazz Brunch! Overall great staff/clientele and the location is the center of Fell’s Point. This place is a winner

Jun 04, 2025 · Julie PalermoI went to the Pendry Sagamore for the Boozy Tea experience. Overall we had fun but I wouldn’t go there again. I was disappointed. Why? 1. We asked for champagne to accompany our afternoon tea. We were told no. They were too busy and couldn’t accommodate guests asking for drinks outside the set menu. I have never heard of a hotel not wanting to serve champagne… 2. I was driving so I asked about the strength of the three tea based cocktails was. The server couldn’t tell me. He said it depends on your tolerance… that is not what the police would say I’m sure. 3. One of our party had booked a vegan tea. When it came she was given the wrong information and the wrong food. 4. I phoned in advance and asked about parking. I was told valet parking would be validated and it would be $20 for the whole afternoon. Not so. Turns out it was $28 and that was if we left within 90 minutes. If we exceeded that it would be $45. I did complain about this and was give the $28 rate. 5. The food was not exceptional or even excellent. Two of the three sweets were cookies. For an afternoon tea I expected a little more. Overall what should have been a great experience was marred by little things. When you are each paying close to $90 (plus $28 parking) for the experience I would have expected to be better for this level of hotel.
May 31, 2025 · Charis McGradyHere’s a more polished and balanced version of your review that still reflects your experience: ⸻ I love this location for its vibrant energy and convenient proximity to everything. The rooms are nicely designed, but I did run into a plumbing issue—my shower wouldn’t drain, and after maintenance came, the room unfortunately developed a strong sewage smell. There was a wedding happening at the hotel during my stay, which meant some amenities we were told would be available at certain times weren’t. Not a huge issue, but better communication from the staff would have made a difference. Overall, while the space is lovely, I felt the service and amenities didn’t quite match the price point.
