If I could give it zero stars I would. We stayed here last year and this hotel was fantastic so we rebooked back in October of 2024 for Memorial Day weekend. But come around our vacation is NINE DAYS from today and we get an email that our stay is cancelled due to them switching over to long term stays because of their construction. EXCUSE ME? SO YOU KNEW YOU WERE SWITCHING OVER TO LONG TERM STAYS FOR HOW LONG? This easily could’ve been fixed if they would have gave at least a months notice but now our vacation was already booked and we are out of a place to stay. When I called I was told “We’re sorry about the short notice but we are moving forward with only long term stays so your reservation was cancelled and we do not have any room for you. At least you have a week to try and find somewhere else to stay.” Like EXCUSE ME? This is entirely messed up morally and now we are having to look into places nearly TWICE the amount for a LAST MINUTE BOOKING due to the INCOMPETENCE of this place!

May 14, 2025 · Jasmine RamosGood sized rooms and full kitchens. I can put the kids in the other room after bedtime and have enough space to work or watch TV without waking them. I love the pool being right off the gym so after I work out I can jump in. Big fan of the contactless check in. Better prices than anyone in the area plus there's a Wegmans right across the street!
Feb 04, 2025 · J HENDERSONThe staff was extremely helpful, on time ,polite very friendly they don't have enough employees to run the large hotel suites with only 5 people however, those 5 people do a fantastic,very impressive job if I could give more than 5 stars I would I am definitely going back again for the A++ service shout out to Theresa cooper,stan,housekeeping, maintenance and the manager of this residence if I asked for anything it didn't take long to get what I was requiring excellent excellent service for a bunch of extremely HARD workers will be returning soon it was a get away from home

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and very spacious. The kitchenette is why I ultimately chose this location, and it did not disappoint! Really pleased with the location as it was walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only critiques I would have are…the breakfast wasn’t great, but I came in knowing that and prepared most of my breakfasts in the room. Wasn’t even a big issue. Noise from the other hotel guests and the pickle ball center across the street (that doesn’t close until late, around 10-11PM) was the bigger problem I had. I had to put headphones on to drown it out. Overall though, I would recommend this location if you’re wanting a friendly location to stay with big rooms and amenities close by. I’d return.

Stayed in the two bedroom suite with King, Queen, pull out sofa. The good: The building itself was clean, bright, smelled clean, and the staff was professional. The room was exceptionally large for the price. 3 adults, one infant. Dishes were perfectly clean. The kitchen had plates, bowls, knives (butter and sharp), forks, spoons, can opener, measuring spoons and measuring cups, wine glasses, Pyrex measuring cup, Pyrex bowl, coffee mugs, glasses. 4 cup filter coffee pot, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal. All dishes looked polished and clean. No fingerprints, smudges, or water marks. Paper towels, small bottle of dish detergent, dishwasher pods, scrubbing sponge, tissues. Extra linen for the pull out couch. Sheets and linen were clean, fresh wrinkle/stain/tear free. Mattresses were clean, looked new, fresh, clean and pest free. The decor was beautiful yet neutral. Tvs were all perfect size. In room thermostat. Electric burner oven with overhead microwave w/exhaust fan. Towels were great size, thickness, clean and stain free. Bathrooms were clean, no hair, dust, odors, mildew, etc Beds/pillows were clean/comfortable. No dust, clean windows and the room smelled fresh and clean. This room was beyond our expectations. Exceptional service and amenities. We truly can't wait to come back as this will be a monthly if not more common trip for us. So glad we gave it a chance. No bugs or cobwebs or anything other than clean, bright and stain/streak free Could be better: Assigned parking spots would avoid having to park unexpectedly at other buildings but there is a quick parking area for the office building which helped. The carpet was decent but could be updated. (Factor in its under new management.... I'm sure that will come in time. It was definitely clean carpet otherwise it would have been a deal breaker as our infant is crawling)
