Great experience had a fun overnight for our children during their spring break! Even though the pool is small, it’s very clean and they had a blast! The rooms have been recently redone and are beautiful and very clean as is the space downstairs even fresh flowers at the tables and wonderful little places to sit and commune. Parking was easy getting there was easy. Will return!

Apr 14, 2025 · Caralee Crary MA MEd NCP LPCThey were very rube when we asked for extra pillows, stated they had none in the entire hotel. The next morning when checking out we saw in the housekeeping closet a whole shelf of pillows. I honestly wouldn't have been upset but the front desk talked to me like a child, didn't apologize and stated" listen miss we don't have any pillows in the entire hotel". The bistro was pricey but the service was very friendly unlike the front desk, and food was good.
May 04, 2025 · GG's GalleryI paid through a third party company which I normally do. I am a Bonvoy Rewards member. I also visit this hotel chain often. 4 to 5 times a week to be exact. I was charged an ADDITIONAL $100 with no logical explanation. Upon arrival, I stated my last name and that I was there to check in. She asked me for my ID to verify my account. I gave her my ID. She looked up my account and asked me if was a bonvoy member then she asked me if I booked the third-party I told her yes. After asking me if I booked through the third-party she asked if I paid through the third-party I told her yes she then asked me to put my card into the machine to pay which I assumed it was for the $20 incidental fee (she never specified what I was paying for only instructed me to put my card in) I took my card out. She then asked me to put my card back in to pay the $20 incidental fee. I asked her what did I just pay for if not the incidental fee she said taxes and fees how am I paying taxes and fees if I paid through the third-party so I asked her why would I be charged $100 for taxes and fees on top of the initial payment & then another $20. I already paid for the night then was going to be charged an additional $120 for the “tax fees & an incidental fee” not only did she mess up with the money. She was rude to me throughout the entire situation and couldn’t give me clears answers When I asked for a manager, she looked away and ignored me. I told her that I would not leave without speaking to someone in charge and that I did not Appreciate the way I was being talked to and treated I tried to explain to her that I stay at this chain of hotels often, and that this never happened to me and that I needed a detailed reason and explanation for the charges. She was giving me multiple different reasons of why I was being charged. She then gets in contact with the manager and tells me that the virtual card declined and that that’s why I was charged an additional fee, but that makes absolutely no sense. And why is that a completely different reason from what she initially said? This is unacceptable. I’ll be seeking legal counsel because something seems off. I wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else moving forward.
Mar 28, 2025 · Khyairah GoodwinThis is the last time I stay at a Marriot. After using due to travel US club soccer requirements, past 10 years I am done. 2nd days events cancelled due to inclement weather, Hotel hid behind the corporate line. “You booked a 2 night contract”. We checked out at 9am as did other parents at Marriott’s only to be told the contracts were different based on a hotel basis…… we paid the 2nd night. Therein lies the truth but the principal or customer service forget it. No breakfast, (a Starbucks if that suits your needs), 1 elevator not working on the Saturday upon afternoon arrival, spackle work taking place in hallway to elevator, were there was also a Que to utilize elevator. After spending 5 days in W Ireland & Dublin at 3 different hotels this past October to be treated in such a way was beyond degrading and implied the total lack of customer rights and service we as Americans have become unfourtunately far to accustomed to in our own country. Respectfully JM
Feb 24, 2025 · john moranThis Hotel was a nice place, very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3 star experience was the fact they are renovating (signs are posted about appearence) but this morning (Sunday morning) at 745 am they decided to renovated the room directly above ours. Hammering, rolling carpet, moving beds, tearing things out, rattling pipes.... Made a call to the front desk, they offered to move us to another room to "lay down" but unfortunately thats not how sleep works. We made the choice to leave, upon check out we were offered Extra points on our membership that we didnt have...they couldnt refund us because we pre paid. Just think closing off that area for the night or having the foresight to know which rooms would be renovated and not put anyone in the room directly below would have been helpful. Hopefully the renovations go well because overall its a nice hotel but hopefully no one else has to experience what we did this morning...
