I regret to report that this establishment is not worth your time or money. Unfortunately, the whole place is dingy and rundown and absolutely does not justify a price tag at all— much less a higher price than the Hampton next door. In the room, there were multiple ants crawling about, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, stained walls, and chipped paint. Not a chair in the building—from the lobby to my room—was free of stains. The windows in the hallway and my room were loose and drafty, and you can very clearly hear the highway outside— I’m glad it only got down into the 50s overnight. There was dust all across the room, indicating they only gave a light clean. Thankfully, the bed appeared mostly clean and was comfortable. The drains in the sink, toilet, and shower were slow to drain, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak, and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work. The halls are dark and foreboding, with dim lights and dark brown wallpaper that make you feel like you’re in The Shining. The lobby felt deserted at 7:30 PM; the bar was technically open, but there was no bartender. The restaurant, which they said was open, was not— the doors were locked, but the lights were on in the empty dining rooms. I walked around the patio to the exterior seating area and was appalled; there were chairs strewn about, a literal open trash bag that looked like someone had just given up in the middle of their cleaning job, and more dingy, stained, and torn furniture. I sat at the bar for about five minutes, but when no one greeted me or came out to ask what I wanted, I walked across the street to the Outback Steakhouse for dinner. While at Outback, I ran into a regular patron of the Sheraton, and he said it’s been like this for as long as he can remember, but so long as you overlook the obvious disrepair and wipe everything down yourself, you barely notice it. But hey, at least it’s got a bar, unlike the Hampton! The manager, who was pleasant enough in his interaction with me, had a single AirPod in, and I’d obviously interrupted him from playing a game on his phone— he also had an AirPod in every time I walked through the lobby, and was mostly sitting in a lobby chair looking at his phone. I was extremely surprised that a person whose career was hospitality would so obviously be disconnected from his guests. The handle on the fitness center door was loose and rattled about, and everything in the fitness center and pool area felt dingy. The Sheraton Lounge— for which I paid extra to get a room with lounge access— was inexplicably closed. They attempted to make up for the closure by giving me two bottles of water and some snacks (Kind bars and cookies), but no reimbursement of the extra charge I paid for the room. Overall, I was thoroughly and completely disappointed. The pictures online simply do not do justice to the general state of disrepair and lack of care and attention given to this hotel, and I cannot recommend a single aspect of this experience as worth paying for. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff that has to work at a place where the management obviously does not care.

We spent an overnight on a day trip. We got in at approximately 8pm and the person at the counter was perfectly nice and accommodating. But the restaurant was closed and we were looking forward to food and a drink after a long trip. We got to our room, which was pretty cold to be honest. But when we turned up the heat, it quickly warmed up to a nice temp. In general, the room was no frills. The wallpaper was peeling and poorly replaced in places and corners. Outlets, toilet paper holder and towel rack were all hung crooked and loose. But really everything was clean, and the bed was decent! The hot water did take about 15 minutes of running to actually get warm, so give it some time! One again, buffet breakfast could not be offered because the restaurant was closed (still not sure why). Overall, it was fine for an overnight stay. Service both checking in and out was super nice. If you’re just looking for a clean, safe, inexpensive place to spend a night, this is for you! If you’re looking for any more, maybe look elsewhere.

We had to get two rooms for us all. In the rooms we got one was nice but the other room was run down. Stains all over the carpet. Trash in elevators. The noise from people in the hallway was bouncing in the rooms. You can hear the people upstairs. Sunday morning completely coffee there were no cups and counter was dirty. It was just not a great experience at all.

We chose the Great Valley Sheraton Hotel for its convenient location near our wedding venue, and it exceeded all our expectations! From our first visit, we were impressed by how spacious and beautiful the hotel is. With ample parking, a pool, conference rooms, and the White Horse Tavern next door (complete with fire pits and a cozy hangout area), it offered everything we and our guests could need. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Even with a change in personnel, all of our arrangements were clearly communicated, and our wedding weekend went smoothly without a single hitch. Our guests had an easy check-in experience, I had a beautiful conference room as my bridal suite, and both our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The after-party at the White Horse Tavern was the perfect way to end the night, and the details in my bridal room—like extra mirrors, speakers, and extension cords—were much appreciated! I’m especially grateful for the professionalism, patience, and kindness of Christian and Kerry. Their attention to detail and excellent communication made our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend the Great Valley Sheraton for any event!

I rented the Oxford room on March 2nd 2025 to host a legendary drummer, Simon Phillips, for a drum Clinic. Sales manager, Brian Christman, was more than accommodating for this event. Even getting a room for Simon where he can relax, change and get ready for the clinic. Brian went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate his efforts! The Oxford room served perfectly for this event with over 70 drummers in the house. I highly recommend this room for any needs you may have, including holiday parties or special events that you're holding. Thanks again, brian!
