Everything was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the complimentary made to order omelet/eggs were delightful. The executive chef who made them for us was outstanding! It was all around very clean and comfortable. I’m very picky and was very pleased with all aspects of this property. The only complaint I had was the evening front desk gentleman wasn’t very hospitable or very friendly even when checking us in, and he kinda seemed bothered when I asked him anything …we got take out and had no plates and he just said sorry can’t do anything about it. I’m sure he could have gotten us some plates to use. I worked front desk at a hotel and I would always find a way to make the guests happy especially with such a small request. But overall it was great and would 100% stay here again.

Apr 15, 2025 · Amanda H (Mandi)Hotel Stay – Peaceful, Clean, and Perfectly Placed Just wrapped up a stay at this gem of a hotel, and let me tell you it was clean, quiet, and genuinely pleasant. No noise, no hassle, just a peaceful escape that checked all the right boxes. ✔️ Clean rooms ✔️ Solid breakfast options ✔️ Great parking (no circling around or sketchy side lots!) ✔️ Prime location Right off the highway, it made navigating a breeze about 30 minutes from downtown Philly, but only 8 minutes from King of Prussia Mall (yes, shopaholics, rejoice!). Plus, it’s super close to other fun spots, dining options, and hidden gems in the area. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a little calm between adventures this is it. Would 100% stay again! Our room did have a slight sewer smell that stayed in the bathroom area.. but knowing they have a lot of families and events booked didn’t complain.
Apr 20, 2025 · Dee WoodFirstly, Germaine was very pleasant and helpful and so was the night auditor. Germaine went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed when we requested. So My wife and I stayed in room 309 with our children. Upon entering the room I inspected the bed and found hair between the sheets on the bed insert. I went to a room attendant and requested a fresh pair of sheets and towels which she did give to me but I also requested an insert but didn’t get one for 5 hours. I know the inserts aren’t changed daily and we didn’t want to sleep on an unclean one but we had to wait a very long time for one because Germaine was working 3-11 alone. There was also a very dirty ice bucket full of water in the room as well. And I had to get ice from the desk because we didn’t know that the 3rd floor didn’t have ice. I also got stuck outside after using the pool and had to walk all the way around the hotel to get back in because the keys were not working on the door. Which was very inconvenient. Also the shower pressure was very low and the temperature was difficult. It was either scolding hot or freezing cold and it took a very long time to get the right temperature for a shower. Overall the stay was pleasant and the staff were kind and helpful. It was only for one night so it wasn’t too bad but I wouldn’t want to experience those things for consecutive nights.
Apr 14, 2025 · tristan rogersThis is a smaller Embassy Suites in a great location if you are going to Valley Forge or King of Prussia sites. For us, on a Thursday night it was quiet and not crowded. Let's be clear... A lot of us come to Embassy Suites for the great breakfast options, especially the omelet station. But not everyone eats eggs and some can't drink cow's milk. I asked the chef if he could just saute some of the veggies instead of making an omelet. His response was pretty rude: "It's an omelet station, buddy, not a veggie station." This coming from a guy who was begging for tips from everyone who he cooked for. It kind of ruined what should have been the best part of a visit to an Embassy Suites. Also, how hard would it be to put out some plant milk for the non-dairy people in the world? Overall, it's a nice hotel that just needs a few tweaks to be five stars.
Apr 20, 2025 · Michael Lyman1 Star Extremely disappointed with my stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge. The hotel was incredibly loud at all hours of the night—2, 3am—people yelling, laughing, and talking in public areas like it was the middle of the day. On top of that, someone was playing ding dong ditch, banging on my door and running off, which woke up my one-year-old and kept us both up for hours. It was a miserable experience, especially with a young child. Yes, the omelette station was great—but that does not make up for the constant noise and total lack of peace and quiet. For the hefty price I paid, I expected a lot more. Would not recommend this location, especially for families or anyone who values a good night’s sleep.
