I go to valley forge often. We attend a lot of events here. And the events are always great and good vibes. So amazing time for their private events. However i went for NYE and i would never again do that. It was awful. There wasn’t enough bartenders. They completely ignored you for over 45min. Some people just walked up and passed their cards to the guy in the zip up jacket and he’d get their drinks right away. The live DJ and the TVs the timing was off for the count down. I didn’t get a drink in my hand from the time we entered at 10pm until 11:55pm. Go here for the casino, the events but do not go here for NYE!

The resort frequently hosts live entertainment, from DJs playing music in the evening to headline comedians and national musical acts at the Valley Forge Music Fair. Nightlife options extend to various lounges with offerings like karaoke and dueling pianos.

For those seeking relaxation, the resort offers a health club and the aforementioned seasonal outdoor pool. While some reviews mention a spa and massage services, the current information from official sources focuses on the fitness center and outdoor pool facilities.

Promotional Information and Guest Feedback:

While specific daily or weekly promotions were not detailed in the provided information, the resort often has offers such as "Book Online For The Lowest Rates" and "Sensational Summer Savings" on room rates. There are also mentions of day passes and cabana rentals for Valley Beach, indicating opportunities for guests to enjoy the pool area without an overnight stay. Boyd Rewards members can often receive special rates on valet parking, suggesting a loyalty program with benefits.

Customer reviews offer valuable insights into the guest experience. Many appreciate the clean environment, great location, and friendly staff. The on-site upscale restaurants and the outdoor pool area receive positive mentions. Guests frequently praise the spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the convenience of being near the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge National Park. However, some common criticisms have been noted. Guests have reported issues with staffing during peak events, such as New Year's Eve, leading to long waits for drinks and perceived rude service from some bartenders. There have also been mentions of occasional inconsistencies in room quality, particularly concerning older, unrenovated sections of the hotel and some minor maintenance issues like exposed wiring or holes in walls. While the casino floor is generally well-regarded, some describe it as smaller compared to other major casinos, with a focus on slot machines. Smoking in the casino area is also a point of concern for some visitors. The recent renovations, which are a multi-phase project spanning 18 months and include updates to the Stardust Tower guest rooms and lobby, as well as a modernization of the casino floor and new dining venues, are expected to address some of these concerns and enhance the overall guest experience.

In summary, Valley Forge Casino Resort presents itself as a dynamic "Hotels Near Of Me" option in King of Prussia, PA, providing a comprehensive entertainment and lodging experience. Its ongoing commitment to renovations and expansion of amenities aims to solidify its position as a top-tier destination for local users and visitors alike.

Went to an event at the Casino and stayed in the Stardust Tower. The tower was under construction, the floor and room I stayed had been renovated. Still The room , for the price were not up to par. The bathroom/tub area seemed to have been an afterthought. The setup with the sink didn’t make sense. The wall around the air conditioner unit needs attention. There should not be any holes in the walls or exposed wiring. The bed was comfortable, tv was fine. The casino had a DJ playing music in the evening. The crowd seemed to be enjoying themselves. The bartenders could have been a lot nicer. More specifically the young lady (black hair with tattoos) rudely waited on a coworker before us even though we were at the bar before this gentleman. She then got an attitude when I brought it to her attention. It’s thus type of service and attitude that I try to avoid when I go out to spend my money. Bottom line—this place needs to take a closer examination of its newly renovated property and some of its employees.

The staff were so nice especially the girl who checked me in the room. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was so informative and kind!! Gave us two free tickets to the fights! How awesome is that? Definitely deserves kudos (and a raise) from the establishment.

This casino is ok. I've been a couple of times but never won. Their machines feel a little tighter than other casinos. I spent a couple hundred each time I visited and was in and out within an hour. I tried many different machines in several denominations but couldn't even win enough to just play for a bit. Idk if id recommend this casino,it doesn't give me the feeling of wanting to hurry and get back to play like some other casinos do. I fully expect to lose my money when I go to a casino but I also expect to at least get a little so I can play a little longer, that didn't happen here for me. My experience may not be typical for everyone but I can say that the few times I was here, during the day and at night on the weekend, the place was pretty empty, that says a lot all by itself,BUT it is gambling after all

Every time I have stayed here they have over charged me and they are no help and I end up having to dispute charges. My recent stay on 2/14 was a mess. I booked it and paid on their website and when I got there they tried to make me pay again. A manager had to come out and I had to show them the charge on my credit card to get the room key. That’s fine. I had a food credit and ate at the chophouse that night and charged the tip to the room. The tip was somehow charged twice on the invoice. When I checked out, I told the front desk and they said they would fix it. They didn’t, so I filled out an online request right away telling them what happened and no one got back to me. I called and was transferred around before someone said a supervisor would call me back, and I didn’t receive any call. So now I only got $8 back from my deposit when I should’ve gotten most of it back. Not to mention they charged $115 for the deposit when they said it was $100. The room was supposed to be $359 plus $100 deposit but I was charged $474. I had a similar problem last time with random charges on the invoice and had to dispute it with my bank because no one was able to help. I will probably have to do the same. Be careful that they don’t overcharge you if you stay here.
