Kim and myself (Devon), are two of your most frequent guests. Your hotel is a solid 4 stars. Only 1 change and we'll give you 5 stars. The eggs and sausage have got to go. Real bad. Powdered eggs, not to mention overcooked. The rooms are great. Whirlpool rooms are nice. We both agree Allen does a great job up front at the desk. Service is great. Rooms are spotless. Cleaning crew does a great job. No complaints except the food. Chocolate jelly doughnuts for breakfast is a no no. We've been to many Best Western locations. The breakfast really needs to be re-worked.

Very Friendly and courteous. Location slightly inconvenient not there fault with roadway way it is. Only reason for 4 on room is no blanket on pull out couch and shampoo/conditioner sample size too small. Other than that excellent!!!

Booked this hotel without any mention of a required security deposit on their website. However, upon arrival, the front desk lady informed me that a deposit was mandatory—even though I wasn’t paying with cash. When I brought up the fact that their website didn’t mention this policy and suggested they update it to avoid inconveniencing future guests, the front desk lady was extremely unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation with courtesy, she responded with unnecessary attitude and smart remarks. Talking back to a customer who is simply providing feedback is a huge mistake for any business. Proper customer service training is clearly needed.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay at Best Western Paramus, The staff was great and very professional and accommodating in every way. We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary so we chose the jacuzzi room. The room was very clean and newly renovated, the only con was that the chair was old and peeling, they had not received new ones yet, and also the cleaning staff didn’t change our bedding on the second day, they reused the same sheets. There’s always heavy traffic on rt 17, so be aware before booking. Special thanks to Zanaida & Alan for their professionalism & hospitality. 4 out of 5 rating. Highly recommend.

Fairly modern, attractive hotel, right on route 17, but quite hard to find the entrance and get in, unless you are coming off the highway exit at exactly the right place. We had to continue past it, turn around, go half a mile past it in the other direction, turn around again, and then make a quick and possibly illegal lane change as we passed the hotel, to get to the driveway, which is after the hotel. The parking lot needs repaving and better lighting. Then, very surprisingly, we found that we had to lug our suitcases upstairs - there is no elevator. But front desk service was quick and courteous, and the room was large and pretty well equipped, though no refrigerator, and seemed clean. Free self-serve breakfast was quite limited in variety, but what was offered was well enough prepared and presented.
