Stay is good . Room cleaning is nice . Location is also good . Lot of parking. Late check in is also available. However on the morning they didn’t accepted to switch kids food with one of the adult food option. Also there is a renovation going on due to which they will be switching off water early.

Massive construction going on, the snack bar wasn't accessible. Refrigerator didn't work. Rooms were well cleaned. The rate is discounted and since I'm forced to book lowest cost in concur, I ended up with a partially functional hotel. Perhaps request an exemption to stay elsewhere until they're done with construction.

I recently stayed here during their renovation. While the timing wasn’t ideal, the staff did their best to make the experience comfortable, even offering complimentary breakfast. I especially want to thank May and the team for their excellent customer service and for assisting me with a payment issue. Your efforts are truly appreciated!

Awful customer service. We booked this hotel as part of a local winter getaway with our kids for winter break. We searched endlessly for accommodations with an indoor pool. We thought we found the perfect spot here with the other places we need to visit, all to check in at 9 PM with 2 littles after a full day at American Dream, to find out the pool has been gone for at least 2 years. Front desk said the booking.com listing “isn’t their responsibility” so it’s not their problem. They refused any accommodation or credit. The only thing they agreed to was the late checkout i asked for (so we could swim longer) prior to finding out there was no pool. They claimed i should’ve checked their own website prior to booking. I’ve used booking.com for many years for every trip I’ve taken (business and leisure) and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Every other booking was seamless.

Reason for low rating is that hotel was undergoing significant construction. I did not see any mention on website although hotel claimed it was. Morning we were leaving a note was put under the door that there would be no water after 9:30 am. Will be contacting Marriott directly about this as I would not have chosen this hotel under circumstances and used up valuable points.
