Rooms were so so as far as being clean. Could have been better, could have been worse. We have stayed here once before, and the first time seemed to be pretty good. The breakfast was really good the first time, didn’t have it the second time. My biggest complaint about this place is the security of the building and parking lot. Just stayed there 3/1/25 and 7 vehicles got there windows smashed in and things stolen(mine being one of them) and come to find out, this has become a common thing at this hotel and yet the owners/management refuse to take action to take care of their guests.

Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville Introduce

Howdy, fellow Tennesseans! When you're looking for a place to stay in Nashville, whether for a quick visit, an extended business trip, or to recommend to family and friends coming to experience Music City, you want to know what to expect. Today, we're taking a detailed look at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville, located at 2401 Brick Church Pike. This hotel aims to offer a comfortable and convenient stay, often catering to those looking for a longer visit or a more residential feel. However, like any property, it's important to understand the full picture, including recent guest experiences.

Nashville, our vibrant state capital, is a magnet for travelers, boasting everything from legendary music venues to a thriving culinary scene. With so many options for accommodations, it can be tough to pick the right one. The Best Western Plus Executive Residency brand typically aims to provide a blend of traditional hotel services with the added convenience of extended-stay amenities. This particular location on Brick Church Pike aims to serve guests who might be in town for business, relocating, or simply enjoying a longer vacation, requiring more than just a standard room. They offer features like kitchenettes in some rooms, a common hallmark of the "Executive Residency" concept, designed to make longer stays more comfortable and cost-effective.

However, it's crucial to acknowledge that recent feedback from guests suggests some areas that potential visitors should be aware of. While the goal is to provide a good experience, some reviews highlight concerns that are important for locals recommending or booking a stay here. We'll delve into the location's accessibility, the standard services and features you can anticipate, and then provide a transparent overview based on recent customer insights, ensuring you have a well-rounded understanding of this Nashville hotel. Our aim is to give you factual information, so you can make an informed decision for your next Nashville accommodation need.

One customer recently shared their experience, stating, "Rooms were so so as far as being clean. Could have been better, could have been worse. We have stayed here once before, and the first time seemed to be pretty good. The breakfast was really good the first time, didn’t have it the second time. My biggest complaint about this place is the security of the building and parking lot. Just stayed there 3/1/25 and 7 vehicles got there windows smashed in and things stolen (mine being one of them) and come to find out, this has become a common thing at this hotel and yet the owners/management refuse to take action to take care of their guests." This review points to inconsistent cleanliness and, more significantly, serious concerns regarding guest and vehicle security. This is a critical piece of information for anyone considering a stay.

Another particularly concerning review stated, "Upon entering the room, we saw a live roach. There was another dead roach on the floor. The bathroom ceiling had a hole in it. The hallway carpets had stains on them. We stayed in the room for all of 10 minutes before deciding to go elsewhere. Thankfully, we were able to get a full refund." This feedback raises significant red flags about cleanliness and maintenance, suggesting a highly unsatisfactory immediate experience that led to the guest leaving the property. While every hotel can have an off day, these detailed accounts of issues are important for potential guests to be aware of.

Location and Accessibility

The Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville is located at 2401 Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207, USA. This address places it in North Nashville, an area that offers different accessibility compared to the bustling downtown core or the more suburban outskirts. Brick Church Pike is a significant road that connects to various parts of the city.

From this location, guests typically have vehicular access to downtown Nashville, which is approximately a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic, putting attractions like Nissan Stadium, Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, and the Country Music Hall of Fame within a reasonable reach. The hotel is also relatively close to I-65 and I-24, facilitating travel to and from other parts of Tennessee or the broader region.

For those flying in, Nashville International Airport (BNA) is generally a 20-30 minute drive, again, subject to traffic conditions. While there might be some local bus routes accessible from Brick Church Pike, public transportation isn't as extensive or convenient as ride-sharing services for reaching most of Nashville's popular tourist destinations from this specific location. For guests with their own vehicles, the hotel does offer free self-parking, including RV/bus/truck parking, which can be a significant benefit. However, as noted in recent reviews, parking lot security has been a notable concern, which is an important factor to consider for those traveling with vehicles and valuables. The location can be practical for business travelers whose destinations are in the northern parts of Nashville or commuters passing through the area.

Conclusion: Why This Place May Be Suitable for Locals (with caveats)

For us Tennesseans looking to recommend a hotel or considering it for our own needs, the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville on Brick Church Pike presents a mixed bag, and it's essential to approach it with a clear understanding of recent guest experiences.

On the positive side, the hotel offers features that can be very appealing. The "Executive Residency" model, with available kitchenettes, is excellent for longer stays, providing a sense of home comfort that a standard hotel room often lacks. Complimentary breakfast and free on-site parking are also valuable benefits, especially in a city like Nashville where these can add up. Its location, while not in the immediate downtown hustle, offers relatively easy access to major interstates and is a short drive from key Nashville attractions, making it practical for those with their own transportation.

However, it's crucial to address the significant concerns raised in recent customer reviews. Reports of inconsistent cleanliness, pest issues, and particularly alarming security problems in the parking lot and building are serious considerations. As locals, when we recommend a place, we want to ensure our guests feel safe and comfortable. The consistent feedback regarding vehicle break-ins and perceived lack of management action on security is a major deterrent and would warrant careful consideration before booking or recommending.

In conclusion, while the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville offers a good range of amenities and an extended-stay option, potential guests, especially those concerned about vehicle security or expecting impeccable cleanliness, should proceed with caution and perhaps contact the hotel directly about current measures being taken to address these issues. For those prioritizing an affordable extended stay with a kitchenette and willing to accept potential trade-offs based on recent feedback, it might still be an option, but a clear understanding of these points is essential.

This hotel was disgusting. Mold and hair (2 different colors) in the shower. Person at the front desk said that sometimes the hotel gets busy and they miss spots. However, this is clearly mold and built up dirt and just an uncleaned shower. Sheets had stains on it and the carpet had a deep red stain on it (forgot to take a picture). Person at the front desk had no sympathy towards how disgusting the room was. Either way, I’ll be calling corporate to complain, as I told them. Area is, also, pretty sketchy area. Literally only gave it 1 star cause I couldn’t do 0.

I arrive early and they allow me do early checking for extra $30. And that was OK with me but once I arrive to the Room 425. There was a cleaning lady with two small kids she asked me what room I was giving she run into the room and took her kid that she was hiding in stroller while she was cleaning all other rooms. The room had a ver bad smell. I complained to the housekeeper that was there her name is Sara she said she will come back and clean it again when I got tired waiting for her I went to the front desk I complain on my room was changed I got a lot of worry when I got to the third floor because at this hallway smells like curry. But This time the room was clean it was good. Front desk Service Rocky was very helpful when I was making the reservation. Front desk Service is amazing They have a lot of work to do with the Cleaning Service. The day I was leaving I encountered the cleaning lady and she told me next time pay more and go to a better hotel.

The room was really nice but not all that clean. Bathroom had hair everywhere & it looked like they hadn't swept in in a while! I stayed here 4 or 5 days. The 1st night after taking a shower, the room smelled like mold. In just 24 hrs the bathroom ceiling & walls had mildew or mold so much that if went to buy bleach& had to keep the exhaust fan on the stove going the whole time. It's very easy to get lost here and the location was ideal for me since it was across from my daughter & son in law. However there was what looked like a crack hotel in front of us. Loads of people in and out the same room all day and night. I wouldn't go outside alone or walk across to any of the stores alone. There was a drunk lady smashing glass bottles in the parking lot, she sat in her car most of the day. She was there the whole time. They did have a very cheap deposit and pet fee which was nice & what brought me here but they charged like $190 for a Friday night! That was the "discount rate!" Their breakfast area and lobby was very clean.
