For the price, this location more than exceeded our expectations. My husband and I came here for our anniversary weekend to explore the Pigeon Forge and downtown Knoxville area and this hotel is close to the highway and centrally located to both of these destinations. We were a little concerned with being from out of town about the location but the locals informed us we would have no issues there and we didn’t. Upon check in, Lyn was very helpful and had recommendations as there was a snow storm coming in that weekend. There was free breakfast which included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, and waffles along with many drink options. There is an indoor hot tub with an indoor pool and a small gym. We were informed that we were upgraded as this trip was for our anniversary and the room was extremely clean! There was a microwave and mini fridge, the shower water was always warm/ hot and anything we needed they had. My husband and I were very happy with our accommodations here. The price was amazing, great location, friendly staff and very clean with lots of amenities. We would recommend staying her and would stay here again personally. It is noteworthy that this specific location may be under going some renovations as there were some patch work done in the hallway, this did not affect our view of the hotel personally but it might be noteworthy to others. For the price you definitely get your moneys worth.

Jan 14, 2025 · Katelyn SanchezBest Western review We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. This motel is not terrible but is not up to the usual Best Western standards. Most mornings there was a decent hot breakfast provided that included sausage, scrambled eggs (powdered??), sausage gravy, biscuits, bread for toast, muffins, cereal, waffles, yogurt, coffee, & assorted juice “cocktails”. However, the menu was inconsistent. The gravy the first morning was very watery, not bad the second, and non existent on mornings 3,4, & 5. On the fourth morning, there were no napkins, no milk for cereal (replenished when requested), no yogurt and limited yogurt on a couple of other mornings. The room was clean, and bath room was ok with towels that were fair. In general, lighting was limited with several dark areas particularly around the entrance door and the microwave/refrigerator area. Bedding was marginal to poor with mattresses sagging toward the most used side. The TV system had apparently just been updated and not for the better. While local stations were available, the other channel selections were pretty poor with only a couple of cable news channels. If you don’t like Fox News or CNN, you are pretty much out of luck. There were also a relatively small number, perhaps 50 or so, of other cable channels, most of limited interest. There was no housekeeping during the entire 5 day stay which is not a big problem but would have been nice to have had trash emptied and coffee pods replenished once or twice. Staff at the desk were pleasant and helpful. Think there are probably one or two better options in the area at basically the same price so on our next visit, I think we will try another property.
Mar 13, 2025 · Lee SneedI had a reservation for the hotel for business. The room had horrible stale old cigarette smell, nauseating. Ceiling repair in shower was sagging and peeling and there appeared to be mold. Hot tub was green. Other than that the area this hotel is in is not the best. The manager demanded confrontation to know why I canceled the reservation and left after check in. If I had known condition before cancelation deadline on the first night o would have canceled before ever checking in. Managed overcharged for my reservation for 2 nights out of the 11 days of my reservation. I had given reasons for my cancelation to 2 other employees who made notes and refused to cancel my reservation because the manager wanted to confront me personally. Very uncomfortable situation.
Apr 25, 2025 · Carol HiebertIf I could give a -100 I would as I was supposed to get a partial refund due to a booking mishap . Was supposed to refund the last 2 days of the trip with the penalty of being charged one day out of the 3 since I had to cancel the day of. I waited 10 business days to be told that "your booking was non-refundable and doesn’t allow any exceptions, they’re sticking with their policy and won’t issue a refund." Over 300 dollars is now gone for a mistake on locations which was told they could not transfer the booking to the correct location due to each best western having operate owners. The booking is my fault, I get that, however, I should have never been told I could be refunded if this were not true.
Jun 06, 2025 · The LushersMy husband and I stayed here for two nights during a trip to a wedding. The location was ideal and very close to the wedding venue and also allowed us to explore the Pigeon Forge area a little too. The employees were very friendly and helpful. For the very low price, it about met my expectations. Our first room did have a musty/old cigarette smell to it. We sprayed some body spray and went to sleep because we were so exhausted. I slept wonderful on the mattress. My husband did not sleep well as I did. The following day I noticed a giant puddle soaked into the carpet near the AC/heating unit. We then switched to another room which also had a stale smell to it. Again we just sprayed and went to bed. Thankfully our days were packed with activities and all we needed the rooms for was sleeping and showering. Another disappointment was not being able to use the waffle maker due to the hotel running out of waffle mix. Breakfast was fair and provided bread, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal. Positives were we did enjoy the pool area and hot tub. The iron and ironing board were helpful to prep clothing for the wedding. The mini fridge was helpful to store our food that we packed for our trip. Overall, for the cheap cost it met our needs with a few inconveniences and disappointments.
