This hotel is my go-to every time I visit Phoenix, whether I'm here to visit family or attending a concert. It’s always a great stay. The rooms are spacious and come with amazing views, plus blackout curtains, which make a huge difference when you need to rest. The water pressure is fantastic, and the bed is super comfortable. They even have a fridge in the room, which is a nice touch. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, not just the rooms, but the entire property—everything is spotless from the moment you walk in. Customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. There are restaurants right inside the hotel, and plenty more within walking distance. It’s also really convenient for quick stops at little stores, where you can grab essentials like travel-sized toiletries or snacks, and they even sell alcohol. You won’t go hungry here—there are restaurants on every corner, all within a five-minute walk, so you’ll never be short on options. Just keep in mind, Arizona heat can be intense, especially in the summer, so be sure to pack sunscreen, wear a hat, and bring some shades to protect yourself from the sun. The only downside is the parking situation. While there’s a private lot behind the hotel, it’s not affiliated with the hotel, and valet parking is available for a fee. Finding free street parking nearby can be a challenge, so be prepared to pay for parking. But aside from that, this hotel remains my top choice whenever I’m in Phoenix!

Jan 28, 2025 · Belem RamosAs much as I don't wanna write bad reviews, I will have to. I requested maid service yesterday dnd asked personally the housekeeper to clean the room ,bring some towels and some coffee pods and creamers. When I came in the evening, the room was not clean no towels no coffee pods. I asked the receptionist and she said someone will bring up shortly.Nobody came. The next morning I requested at least to get a coffee pods, cups and creamers and and all I got was two coffee pods standing by the door. I called again and the receptionist started giving me attitude and hung up twice on me. So not professional and will never stay again.
Jun 11, 2025 · Angjelcho RizovWe were pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was. Very clean beautiful rooms, love the roof top, the atmosphere is just spot on! Romantic! Just perfect. Note: Parking is $40 bucks, keep that in your budget. You can try to park on the streets but good luck! The hotel and atmosphere is fabulous!
Feb 08, 2025 · Ari WaissThe hotel has cool artsy vibes and a rooftop bar with beautiful city views that plays live music till night. The rooms are comfy, clean and spacious. Some minor disappointment happened, however. When I woke up in the morning and went to shower, there was no hot water. I left the water running for 5 minutes but it was just not heating up. Also, the water flow was very weak. I wanted to call the reception , but the phone was not working either, even though fully charged. Out of curiosity I pressed the emergency button on the phone, and it didn’t work either. Provided that it was a handicapped room, not having an emergency line is a bit alarming. I had to get dressed and get down to reception to speak to them. KC at the reception was quite prompt to change me into a different room to shower. However, things like that, as you may imagine, can ruin your morning.
Jan 26, 2025 · OlyLocation was great for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. I was only there for one night but the hotel was very nice! I wish I had time to explore rooftop bar! The parking is rather expensive but the hotel itself is great! Rosie, the night clerk, was great!
