Apr 25, 2025 · Kat CampbellFantastic, spotless rooms with the most comfortable beds ever! Rooms have TVs, a fridge & a microwave. Drawers for storage as well. The staff are all super friendly and there is a delicious grab & go breakfast for guests. We were visiting while it was still cold, so we didn't use the pool, but there is one, as well as an outdoor area to eat breakfast. We have stayed at other places in town and this is by far the best place at which we've stayed. A must visit when in Provincetown!
Apr 14, 2025 · LynniferzI stayed mid-week for work. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The wifi wasn't very usable. I couldn't consistently connect to it. It seemed like I was barely within range to connect in my room (One of the closest rooms to the office). Location is good. 1.5mi from downtown.

Apr 21, 2025 · Melissa MartinThis has become my go-to place to stay in Ptown. It's nothing fancy, but it checks all the boxes, clean, friendly, nice amenities and outdoor activities, plenty of parking, doesn't break the bank.
