We had an incredible stay at the White Porch Inn, made even better by Gibran, the inn manager. He went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations—from local shops and galleries to restaurants and bars—making sure every part of our trip was memorable. It’s rare to find someone as attentive and hospitable as Gibran. We’ve been coming to Ptown for years, and this was one of our best visits yet. Tom, the owner, is also a delight and always welcoming. The White Porch Inn is now our go-to. The staff is exceptional and really know the area. And of course, happy hour for guests is a perfect touch.

We stayed at The White Porch Inn for our wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it! The inn is charming, cozy, and modern—perfectly located just steps from Commercial Street with easy parking (a big plus in Ptown). Our room was spotless with a super comfy bed, soft pillows, and luxe linens that made it hard to leave in the morning. Gibran, our host, was truly the heart of the experience. He’s warm, funny, incredibly helpful, and knows Provincetown inside and out. His personal connections with local business owners made our trip even more fun—his restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and chatting with him was always a highlight. Breakfast was delicious and flexible—we loved choosing between in-room or shared table dining. Every detail was thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

Our first stay at the White Porch Inn in August 2024 was a wonderful experience - we will definitely be back! The location is very convenient for exploring the main Commercial Street area and close to numerous dining and shopping options. Ptown parking is challenging - we regretted not booking through the inn in advance - but the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful and made it so easy. We loved the room (SUPER comfortable pillows), the breakfast options which are ordered the night before, and the daily 5pm porch happy hours - Greg in particular was so friendly, hospitable, and lovely to chat with.

This hotel deserves every 5 star rating it’s received! Greg is the most gracious and helpful host, which combined with its charm and location makes it a great place to stay. During our stay, my wife dropped her precious diamond earring down the bathroom sink drain, and Greg had a plumber there to retrieve it within two hours. One afternoon, I was reading in their front room, and Greg asked me if I’d like a glass of wine. Freshly baked cookies awaited us when we came back after dinner. The rooms are small, but very well set-up. The in-room gas fireplace was a treat after a cold March day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection - we chose granola and yogurt, and freshly baked scones. Breakfast will be delivered to your room on a bed tray, or you can pick it up and eat in the dining room (which we did). We’ll definitely go back again!
