While the Mercury Hotel benefits from a central location and a friendly host, our stay left much to be desired. We were in Room #3 and immediately noticed hygiene issues—there was a strand of hair sitting right on top of the conditioner box, and some of the towels provided were clearly not clean. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, and the fan provided made loud, disruptive noises, making it difficult to relax. Hot water was another issue—it took a frustratingly long time to come on, and figuring out the system was far from intuitive. On the plus side, the lounge area is nicely done, and we appreciated the coffee vouchers. Unfortunately, the overall lack of cleanliness and comfort overshadowed the positives for us. For the price and location, we expected more attention to detail.

This was my first time in Ptown, and I'm glad we chose this hotel. Clean rooms, really kind staff, a rooftop deck with a good view, and the location is absolutely perfect - right around the corner from Commercial street. There's also a nice coffee shop nearby that they give you vouchers for, which is a nice perk.

We had a great stay at the Mercury Hotel. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just steps from Commercial Street, which made exploring so easy. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was clear they cared about making sure we had a good stay. The rooftop views are impressive, especially in the fall when you can see the changing colors all around. For a relaxing weekend in Provincetown, this hotel was the perfect choice.

I went for a fall week getaway with my sister and her baby at the Mercury Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Location was amazing. Right off Commercial Street, so we were close to everything and it was easy to get everywhere with the stroller. The service was amazing, David and Marc both greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time, and we even got recommendations and coffee vouchers to the coffee place down the street! The rooftop was a favorite for us, and I loved reading up there with the amazing views and sun. definitely recommend.

Have been staying here for the past 3 years and have never had a bad stay. Great rooms, very affordable, amazing location, very friendly staff, and a lot of common areas to hang out at. Highly recommend either peak or off season!
