I originally made reservations for two rooms for our vacation with another couple. I spoke to Pat who said we could get two rooms next to each other but one room would be a double queen room. I said that was fine and made the reservation based on the promise of having two rooms side by side. When we got to the Seaglass Inn we were told that we could not have the rooms side by side and when I asked to speak to Pat I was told that she is no longer associated with the Inn. We were also told that "we cannot promise" rooms together. We ended up having rooms that were 7 rooms apart which was extremely inconvenient. That was issue number one. Issue two was that it took FOREVER to get hot water in the bathroom. We had to run the sink and the bathtub on full for over 10 mins just for the water to get warm. One of the room ice buckets had mold in it and there were no tissues in either of the rooms. Additionally during our stay the room adjacent to the double queen was never occupied so I believe accommodations could have been made but the staff did not seem interested at all to accommodate us. We had stayed at the Seaglass in previous years without issue but I guess things really do change for the worse. Time to find a new place to stay while in Ptown.

Complimentary coffee and tea are also available in the lobby throughout the day, often accompanied by fresh baked treats like cookies and coffee cake. One of the most valued services, particularly given the inn's location slightly further from the town center, is the complimentary shuttle service. Free self-parking is also provided on-site. The inn offers concierge services, luggage storage, and a vending machine. Promotional Information and Guest Insights
Guest feedback for Seaglass Inn & Spa, while mixed on some aspects, generally highlights several key strengths. Many guests, like the one who completed their "second consecutive year staying at Seaglass," praise the comfortable and well-kept rooms, the effective AC and heating, and especially the "incredible" and "super friendly and accommodating" staff. The complimentary hot breakfast is consistently a strong positive point, and the free shuttle service is frequently cited as a "game changer" for navigating Provincetown. These elements demonstrate the inn's commitment to core guest needs and convenience. However, it's also important to acknowledge feedback such as the isolated incident regarding room allocation and amenities (hot water, tissues, ice bucket mold) mentioned in one review. While this particular experience suggested a change for the worse for one returning guest, other recent reviews indicate a high level of satisfaction, particularly regarding cleanliness and staff. The inn’s overall positive ratings, often in the "Wonderful" category, suggest that these are generally isolated issues rather than pervasive problems. The inn's appeal lies in its ability to offer a tranquil escape with essential amenities, including a pool and spa, and a very convenient shuttle service that bridges the gap between its peaceful location and the vibrant town center. For those searching "Hotels Near Of Me" in Provincetown and prioritizing a relaxing environment with solid amenities and good service, Seaglass Inn & Spa remains a strong contender.

May 12, 2025 · D GI just completed my second consecutive year staying at Seaglass. I was moved to write a review because I had such a terrific stay for the second time. The rooms are very comfortable and well-kept. I’ve visited the property in both the summer and late fall (experiencing two climates) and was pleased with both AC and heat abilities. The staff is incredible. Super friendly and accommodating. The inn offers a daily hot breakfast which is great. Depending on what kind of stay you’re having, the location is a smudge further away from “center” of town. However, the inn has a designated free shuttle for guests and it’s a game changer! I’ll look forward to my next stay at seaglass and definitely encourage everyone to check it out.
Nov 03, 2024 · Anthony FowlerFelt more like a motel than a spa hotel. The staff is very nice, but it’s definitely not luxurious. Breakfast is served in the lobby, and it gets quite crowded in the morning. The options are limited, and what bothered me the most was the excessive use of plastic—everything was wrapped individually, leading to a lot of unnecessary packaging waste. A nice touch, however, is the complimentary afternoon cake and the free shuttle into town. Overall, it was a good experience, but too pricey for what it offers.
Oct 20, 2024 · C CCLovely establishment. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We went into town for our breakfasts so didn't get to try the breakfast offered here but it looks nice! It is a short walk (20min) to the main street if you are someone who likes to walk but they do offer a shuttle for people who would prefer that. I also love that they constantly have snacks in the main office. It was nice to pop in for a slice of cake and some coffee when I get my mid-day snack hankering.
Jun 10, 2024 · Hannah AndersonVery comfortable beds, immaculately clean and the grounds are well maintained. Bike rental across the street, easy access to town with a shuttle available upon request. Simple breakfast and treats provided. I will plan on staying here again.
