Our room was nice and the water view was awesome. George and Shaq made the check in process quick and easy. I think the $30 resort fee is a complete ripoff, especially if you’re just spending the night like we did and use no amenities but otherwise we have no complaints.

May 08, 2025 · Dee BabicOnce remodeled, this will be an awesome inn. It’s vintage, 1930’s settings. The building on the outside isn’t much, but once you step inside, you go back in time. It was very quiet at night, very comfortable bed. The host was fabulous and so very kind!!
May 13, 2025 · Tonya KitchensLet me start by saying this hotel is in a great location and has great potential with some renovations and better management. I did hear they were under new ownership so hopefully this was a transition issue. Reading the other reviews, it appears we did not get a renovated room and it was not clean- at all. This was the only hotel with availability the weekend we were there and I see why. The front desk (or window) people were very nice but this place needs some TLC.
Mar 26, 2025 · Monica TardifI had a great time at the Provincetown inn!! The location was great right on the water and very accessible to the main street by foot. The hotel is a little secluded from the town center, which we enjoyed as it made us walk and explore the town more than we previously would have. The staff, specifically George and Alli, were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and enhanced our overall experience.
May 05, 2025 · Abby LanganFloor, walls and appliances filthy upon arrival. Our room had a strong odor of cat pee and no matter how long i left the windows open, it would not go away. I spilled something on the floor and wiped it up with a towel, only to find the towel dark brown with dirt. Most importantly, our door would not lock so we had to place a chair under the doorknob at night. Very disappointed, especially for the price. Location and view nice but not worth it.
