Staff is friendly and rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was better than a lot of hotels I've been at too, but they really need to get their elevator fixed, multiple times I got sent to the wrong floor or it wouldn't move at all. Otherwise it's a good spot, especially for anyone trying to go to Hershey park.

Mar 06, 2025 · Andrew DeFazioThe rooms are all the same. Stayed here 8 times between Sept to Dec 2024 for work on various floors. The ducks are adorable in warm weather. Staff is friendly and there is lots of shopping and attractions nearby. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, bagels, juice, milk, coffee/tea, yogurt, fruit, and make your own waffles. The menu is always the same and included in the stay. Jan 08, 2025 · Kamikazi PannGreat and convenient location. Close to food, fuel, and all things Hershey. Breakfast was well done, pool looked good and a good size. Good customer service when I arrived in the evening on Thanksgiving. There were not many guests but the fount desk was ready to assist :) Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the pluming at least in my 5th floor room needs some work. The shower was dripping but stopped with some wiggling of the tap. Looked like sealant was wearing. But other than that great hotel, would stay again.
Dec 09, 2024 · Jamie Mac DonaldI recently stayed at Comfort Inn at the Park, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is clearly showing its age and desperately needs updating. Upon check-in, I was given a room where I immediately noticed something broken in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the toilet seat hadn’t been properly cleaned, which was extremely off-putting. After raising my concerns with the front desk, they were very accommodating and moved me to a different room. The second room was indeed cleaner, but it still suffered from the same outdated decor and fixtures as the first. While it was an improvement, the room still felt old and worn out, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. The staff was friendly and tried their best to address my concerns, but the overall condition of the hotel overshadowed their efforts. I hope the management considers a major renovation soon because the potential is there, but as it stands, I can’t recommend staying here until improvements are made.
Aug 28, 2024 · Matthew CA reasonably good hotel with good complimentary breakfast. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, breads, Danish pastries, yogurt, and fruit juices. The hotel also provides 24 hour tea and coffee. The rooms and hallways are clean. Housekeeping was great too. My only issues were that while our stay we lost electricity for a few hours and had a false fire alarm around 1 am on one day. For some reason the fire department took about 20 minutes to arrive and the guests were hanging around the hotel sleepy and disheveled. The elevators also had a strange smell inside them. Overall, it is worth a 4/5, but the price can be cheaper to deserve it.
