May 03, 2025 · Shanon DixonWe paid for 3 nights stay. The accommodations were nice. Breakfast needs to be more than bread, bagels, pancakes, etc. Staff seemed friendly. The morning after checkout, I realized I had left my Hoka tennis shoes at the end of the bed in room 220. I called the hotel to let them know my sister (from Hershey) would pick them up. The shoes were nowhere to be found. One of two scenarios happened…the person who cleaned the room decided to keep the shoes or they actually turned the shoes into lost and found and someone else took them. The shoes were $170 and I work a job where I am on my feet all day, so I NEED them. Somebody at Days Inn Hershey is being dishonest. I either want my shoes returned or want to be reimbursed for them. They were in the room when I checked out and then disappeared. I have tried calling the hotel, have gotten nowhere. My sister has personally stopped in and no resolution has been made. Please contact me to discuss further. The lack of urgency from the staff/management in resolving this is very upsetting.
Apr 02, 2025 · Craig HefelThe rooms are good. However, the breakfast needs to be upgraded or taken out. Too much carbohydrates. No protein. This hotel is not recommended for a diabetic.
May 10, 2025 · Adwoa AdjubiWe stayed here when we visited Hershey park for the first time. The place was great! The room looked like it was well maintained and the facility itself was clean. There was breakfast included with the booking as well, which my brother and dad loved! It is super close to Hershey Park. Less than 10 min or so. There were restaurants and shops near the area as well. The interior teal blue color was nice. The window faced one of the roller coasters and the park. We will be coming back again!!
Mar 11, 2025 · Jocelyn M.The first issue that arose with this place is that our electronic doorknob died, which meant that right before our dinner reservation we had to switch rooms. There was no maintenance worker at the time. Then, we realized the bathtub/shower was DISGUSTING (seen in photo) it looks like mildew/mold or some other unspecified stain. The floor was also sticky and the bathroom overall looked unsanitary. The next day, our room keys did not work yet again. Over the course of our stay, our room keys stopped working 5 or 6 times over two rooms. The front desk seemed to not know what to do about our keys constantly deactivating, as we did not do anything to deactivate them. The only positive thing about this hotel is that A, the 11:30 curfew for the kids was enforced and B, the hotel breakfast was satisfactory, C, the actual sleeping area of the room was clean.
