We had the most relaxing time. My daughter and I went there for a girls day at the spa. They had everything you could think of in way of personal care. We were amazed at the beauty of the gardens and pools. BUT the star HAS to be the treatments. We both got a sugar scrub, body wrap and a massage. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!!

May 14, 2025 · Emily SandraWas here overnight for a work trip. Managed to somehow score myself an adorable little suite with a "parlor" with a couch, chair, coffee table, and TV. There was a walk-in shower in the bathroom and a king bed with another TV in the bedroom. Slept fabulous, which is unusual for me. The room/floor was very quiet. The look is very old-fashioned, but that is intentional to fit with the vintage and historical decor. Love the free chocolate at check-in. Staff are always very friendly, and the food was very good.
Feb 09, 2025 · m wagsThis was our first stay here. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful with stunning views, but I paid over $800 for the night and our mattresses were very uncomfortable, and a hostess at the circular made us feel very unwelcome before realizing the breakfast at the circular was apart of our stay. Other than this, all of the other staff members were extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed the shops and the fact that the hotel has daily activities for the kids to do.
Apr 28, 2025 · Jessi DStayed a night for our anniversary. The service was good, and the hotel was clean and welcoming. I must say I expected more from a "5" Star establishment. I've definitely stayed at Hilton and Marriott properties that are as nice or better for half the price. Rooms were okay, but the halls were loud, and getting a restful nights sleep was challenging. At least on the 1st floor. People up and down the halls most of the night, and in the room, you hear everybody and every door shut outside. Bring a noise machine and earplugs. Beds were somewhat comfortable. If it were less expensive, it would be of better value.
Feb 08, 2025 · John BaileyWe stayed here for a women's retreat, and it was exceptional! The service is so nice. They think of everything and make you feel at home. We were welcomed with Hershey's Chocolate in the room, which was a great touch! The hotel was built in the early 1900s so the layout is a little wonky but they make it work. Rooms are small but well-appointed and comfortable. All the food we had was great. Dinner at the Circular was fantastic. The spa is always a hit. I got a coco massage and it was one of the best massages I've had. The chocolate muffins and hot cocoa in the lounge are a great touch. Everything is so relaxing. The lounges and saunas and steam showers and amenities make the whole spa day experience special. We were here in winter, and it was very cozy and a great place to relax and rejuvenate.
