Apr 04, 2025 · Jamie-lyn GaskeyAs others have said, RUN! The front desk woman screamed at me because I tried to take a paper coffee cup from the dining room. I will the room didn't have cups and she yelled at the top of her lungs that the dining area was closed. She demanded I throw away the unused cup and said I could not have it. She was so rude at check in as well. The room was dirty. Like poorly cleaned with trash on the table, dirty shower, rotting doors and tattered towels. No blanket, just a sheet. Whatever you do don't stay here. And before management tries to comment how sorry they are and this is an unusual experience, just read other reviews. This is a hotel on its last leg with a front desk person who doesn't care.
Jun 03, 2025 · Donald EvansRUN, do not walk, AWAY from this hotel. This is the worst Comfort Inn I have ever visited. The rooms are old and run down. (See photo.) There was coffee, creamer, and sugar in the room, but no coffee maker. (See photo.) Neither the remote, nor the tv, worked. (See photo.) There was no juice at breakfast. (See photo.) These issues were reported to hotel staff twice. The first time, I was told that no other rooms were available. Upon checkout, the attendant apologized and printed my receipt. I will NEVER stay here again. I encourage everyone to explore other options! Also, I informed the hotel attendant that I would be leaving a review of my experience before leaving this morning.
Feb 22, 2025 · Chad DavisOverall, I'm giving this 5 stars because it's a good value for what it costs. I landed at the airport at midnight and only needed a place told 8a. It was $77 plus 6k points. Bed was comfortable. Strong, hot water pressure. Heat and AC worked great. Kinda beat up but for under $100, what do you expect. Odd thing was there was no blanket, just two sheets. Pillows were great. Vending machine with drinks and snacks. Free basic breakfast; fruit, waffles, yogurt, pastries, odd looking sausage and eggs but it worked. Super watered down OJ and lemonade. No milk. I wouldn't take a date here or stay for more than just sleeping. It was a decent value and I'd go again.
Feb 02, 2025 · Sherri DannerUpdated: Management still has not returned my calls. I have been told 3 different names as being the manager. Partial refund on a charge 3 night stay was refunded even though we were only officially checked in the hotel less than 2 hours. We were late arrivals due to travel, dropped our luggage off in room and left to run an errand at local store. Came back to find all the problems. Never even opened our luggage or used the bathroom. Mold in carpet, mold & mildew all in the bathroom, dirty comforter on the bed. List goes on and on. Generic response to this review yet still not response to me personally. Run like all get out from this hotel. Checked in, first room smelled like a bad bar room with mold in the room. Got changed to another room, to find out there’s no hot water in the entire hotel and it’s been out for 4 days and they are not sure when it will be fixed. Receptionist was no help, couldn’t reach the general manager for assistance either.
