We stayed here for 4 nights and it was pretty comfortable. The only thing was that the A/C had to be 60 degrees to make the room cool but other than that, the breakfast was decent and did it’s job being that it was complimentary, and customer service was friendly. Props to housekeeping for her service! It’s located away from the noises and highway was right around the corner. It wasn’t too bad of a drive from our itinerary. Less than 30 minutes to the Nashville Farmers Market, Downtown, Hattie B’s; an hour away from Jack Daniel’s Distillery, and 1 hour 45 mins from Mammoth Cave National Park. Would recommend here!

One detailed review, while praising the location and convenience over many years, shared a challenging experience regarding room comfort and specific staff interactions related to an extra bed. Issues with the air conditioning not cooling effectively unless set to a very low temperature, and the inability to secure a rollaway bed due to a perceived room size limitation, were noted. Despite these individual challenges, the overall sentiment from many other guests leans positive, highlighting clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location. This suggests that while individual experiences may have isolated issues, the hotel generally strives for guest satisfaction and offers a solid option for lodging in the Brentwood area, especially considering its complimentary offerings and quiet setting.

Apr 01, 2025 · Andrea Au YeungI've booked this hotel for the past 10+ years because it's convenient and great safe location. I made reservations for June 5th-8th for 8 of my friends and some family members. We always have our grandma stay in the room with us because she's 86 and need assistance. She always sleeps on the roll a way bed because she says its comfortable and lower to the floor because she had hip surgery a few yrs ago. This year after we checked in and got settled grandma showed up. I went to the desk to get a roll a way bed. The lady at the desk said she called the manager and said the room was too small (we never had this issue). I then asked if there were any rooms to book another one. She said the hotel was booked. After wasting my time with the desk, I had no choice but to buy grandma an extra blanket and a blow-up mattress, so she was comfortable, she totally refused to sleep on the hard mattress. After modifying the room, we had plenty of space. Grandma decided to stay in on Thursday so the fellas and I could go downtown. By 9pm Grandma couldn't figure out the controls on the air conditioner and it was blowing hot air. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and it was like Miami Beach in there. On Friday we decided to go for lunch and a museum by the time we got back it was grandmas' bedtime, so she cuddled up on her Walmart blow up mattress and the fellas and I went out for the night. We arrived back about 2am and noticed grandma was under the bed, she said the mattress popped and she rolled under and couldn't get up. We helped grandma onto the bed, and she was not happy. I told her she needed to stay on the bed, and I would sleep on the floor, after arguing with grandma for 45 minutes we made an agreement. Saturday night I put grandma into bed and the fellas, and I headed downtown, we arrived back about 11pm and grandma was sleeping. On Sunday morning about 5am grandma had to use the bathroom and tripped and fell on my friend because she was used to having the bed by the bathroom with a roll a way bed. We were very disappointed with our stay this year and was not happy with the desk employee. It was useless at this point to even go to the desk anymore.
Jun 09, 2025 · dennis whiteThe beds are hard as a rock. The building is dated…but the shower pressure is amazing because of it!! The location and staff are amazing. The breakfast is decent with hot food and waffle iron. For under $100 on Priceline, manage your expectations, but worth it!!
Apr 06, 2025 · Douglas PetersonI called Comfort Inn about a billing discrepancy. I was placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes. The receptionist finally took my call. After 2 minutes of talking to him, I was placed on hold once again. The receptionist stated he had another guest in the lobby that he had to attend to. Why not give the one you are speaking to the attention that he deserves? Especially after he was already placed on hold for 20 minutes.
Apr 26, 2025 · Timothy RuffinRoom 224 is where I stayed initially on 1/23/25. Bumps started to appear on my arms and thigh on 1/27. I noticed that it was really irritated and I couldn't stop scratching. When I looked up what could cause them so randomly, all descriptions lead to bed bugs. I informed 2 different staff members of what the potential issue was and it took the second person to put me in another room. I transferred rooms either the 28th or 29th and no new bumps appeared. I asked several times for an incident report and I was refused. They were supposed to inspect the room and per my boyfriend a lady came to do standard cleaning and when he asked about the inspection of bugs, it was followed by a remark for cleaning again so he told them no cleaning was needed but there was a language barrier there too. Hotel staff has used that to say that he refused to let them in for inspection. When speaking to the manager on Saturday 2/1, she told him the head housekeeper was supposed to come and inspect the room and she spoke English. When I called them out on their conflicting statement based off of the lady that came to the room the manager Jessica got rude and sassy with me. She asked what we were trying to get out of this and at the time at least a refund for the stay in room 224 would've been fine but that was also refused. Since then I had to go to the doctor because my arms started to get a burning sensation and it wouldn't go away. At the time they still refused to provide an incident report and stated that they didn't know when pest control would come to inspect the room. I called today 2/19, spoke to Lo and was told pest control came to inspect the room on 2/10 but didn't find anything. We have a picture and a video of a bug under the head board on the bed frame. We also have a picture of what looks like exoskeleton along with the multiple bite marks on our bodies. Just because there isn't an infestation, which is a good thing, doesn't mean we still weren't bit up while staying at this hotel. To this day, even though the bumps are gone, I still get random flare ups that make my arms itch in those areas. Side Note: Excluding Jessica, everyone else was really nice. As a customer POV, I didn't stay to obtain bites. Jessica showed no sympathy on the matter and was coming at us like we were the problem in front of her child at that. The first lady I spoke with would definitely be a better fit for t he position.
