Location and Accessibility
The Courtyard Nashville Brentwood is ideally situated at 103 E Park Dr, Brentwood, TN 37027, USA. This prime location offers a multitude of benefits for both local residents and visitors to the area. Brentwood is known for its serene, suburban atmosphere, making it a peaceful retreat from the more bustling areas of Nashville, while still providing excellent connectivity to the greater metropolitan area.
For those traveling by car, accessibility is a major advantage. The hotel is conveniently located just off I-65, one of Tennessee's major interstates, providing direct routes to downtown Nashville, Franklin, and other surrounding communities. This makes it incredibly easy for guests to navigate the region, whether they're heading to a Titans game, exploring the Country Music Hall of Fame, or visiting friends and family in the various neighborhoods.

Additionally, the availability of free parking at the hotel is a considerable convenience, especially in an area where parking can sometimes be a challenge.
While the location offers fantastic external accessibility, internal accessibility within the hotel, particularly regarding elevator proximity to certain rooms for individuals with mobility challenges, is something to note from customer reviews. Jun 13, 2025 · frank taylorThis is a tough call on how to rate them. If you have any challenges I'd say avoid this location. I was given a room that was directly above the lobby and easily accessible by stairs. The elevator was at the total opposite of the hotel. They did not provide a mar for the slick bathtub shower - the had rail is on the front wall, not where I would use it while in the shower. The room was not accessible however, I don't ask for accessibility rooms typically. The paper thin walls were so thin I could hear the folks next door slide the curtains. The location is great, easy to walk next door for breakfast since they have limited options. They are close to other restaurants and it was easy to find. Free parking is a bonus. The service at the bistro for a late dinner was spectacular! The Canadian football player had the best personality and really saved the this experience. I got a turkey bacon avacado with fries and he really made a spectacular sandwich- he was personable and his martini was good. When I tried to get a non slip bath mat to avoid slipping in the tub they told my son they would send one up, they brought a cloth bath mat. He walked back down the stairs and asked and the person said there was a miscommunication and they would send one up. He tried to call the front desk and no one answered, so he walked down again. This time he was told they didn't have one but they were trying to track one down from another room. One hour and a half later we have not received a bath mat and 1/2 hour after the final request there has been no communication. I suppose I'll use a bath towel and pray. I do have foot issues, so this is a biggie for me. The television worked, the beds were standard. The room only cools to 65. Several things going on in the shower, 🚿 including hairs and what looked like a booger. The icing on the cake was the request for a tip for The housekeeper.
Apr 13, 2025 · kelli kConvenient location to Brentwood businesses. Service of lobby staff is top tier, they are all friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue I have is the fake outside doors on some of the rooms. It'd honestly be nice if they weren't just for show.
Feb 19, 2025 · Carli SandsWe stayed here last night and didn't have very good experience. I left notes (as a bonvoy member) in pre-check-in. I asked to be on the upper floor there are only two floors and we were placed on the first floor by the elevators and next to the outdoor front door. It was very loud. I had asked to be on the upper floor so it wouldn't be loud. Then we were woken up by the maids knocking on the door. Which is weird because we had a 2:00 p.m. check out because we are bonboy gold members. I also called down that morning and told her we did not have a very good experience, and the front desk did not acknowledge anything. She just said oh the maids probably didn't know you had a late checkout. And confirmed the lack of communication The rooms are very outdated. The bathrooms are small. There's no fans in the bathroom. The hallways carpets are worn. Overall I give it two star. The service was 3 star because the gentlemen was nice at check in. The location is right off the freeway.
Feb 22, 2025 · S LynnI had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard Nashville Brentwood. The hotel provides a safe environment, perfect for both solo travelers and families. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. One of the best features is its prime location – close to the airport and various business hubs, making it ideal for business trips. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores, the hotel offers plenty of dining options within walking distance. Additionally, there's a convenient restaurant right on-site. While the hotel is on the smaller side compared to other Courtyard properties, this only adds to its charm, offering a more personalized and comfortable experience during business stays. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling on business.
