First the positives: Great location, super quiet, no traffic noise. We had a room on the top floor, way down the hall from the elevator and it was probably the quietest hotel room we've ever been in. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room, upon arriving, was clean and roomy with the king size bed in its own room. The negatives: With the HILTON name attached to this hotel, we were expecting much better quality. While our room was clean, it was in MUCH need of some TLC repairs!! Some of the decor and finishing looked so shoddy. There was a tear in the curtain, a large crack in the tile floor, paint peeling away from the door trim inside the bathroom, kitchen cabinets banged up and chipped and the grout around the toilet tearing away. This room needs a good update!! We only got housekeeping every other day. The breakfast, though there were hot items, was cheap quality. The meat was greasy, the potatoes were soft and tasteless, the eggs I think were powdered? Again, with the name HILTON, we expected higher quality. The coffee wasn't great either. Don't be misled - this is more like a Days Inn or Holiday Inn Express. If you want quiet, stay here. But don't expect a beautiful room and awesome food.

I am very disappointed in this stay. From the start, we arrive in our room, our 4 year old son uses the restroom, toilet clogged, obviously not from him. We were in a rush to get somewhere, so we left and I sent a message to inform the hotel. I got a response that there was a plunger under the sink. So happy to plunge a toilet we didn’t back up. Turns out it’s just broken, it will not drain properly. We are located in the far back of the hotel, so we have to walk all the way to the front to use the restroom there. Kind of ridiculous to pay for a room that doesn’t have a functioning toilet. The quality of the room itself does not reflect that of a Hilton hotel. The cupboards are broken, door hardware falling off. Definitely in need of a face lift. And barely and silverware left to actually use in the room. Usually my favorite part of staring at a Hilton is the breakfast, not the case here. Breakfast starts at 7 on the weekend, I come in at 7:10 and the eggs are already cold and watery. The whipped cream for the waffles was soupy and my son’s cereal was stale.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is excellent for business or pleasure in and around the Nashville area. The staff was all very friendly. Breakfast was fine so long as you got there early. On Sunday morning I went down 30 minutes before end of breakfast and there wasn't any fruit, no pastries, and one spoon of eggs which I left for the other guest who had just arrived for breakfast too. The gym had a broken treadmill and the video system on the elliptical was not functional. It was clean and ventilated though unlike many others I've been in. The bed was comfortable. The carpet dirty and kitchen floor dirty. We had an ant problem that was likely from some soda previously spilled on the kitchen wall. It was resolved quickly so kudos to the very kind maintenance man! The bathroom needed a little attention and shower head would not let you select anything but where it was set. All the doors in the hotel do not have the quiet/soft close hinges so unless your neighbors are thoughtful, expect to hear door slams at some point during your stay. This hotel is a little "worn" but for the price and location might not be a bad option.

Breakfast service stopped adding food half an hour before the cut-off time. When you have reservations for big groups at the hotel you should plan to have more food and additional staffing to accomodate them. The food preparer gave nasty mean glares before 9am cut-off time and literally slammed the door to signal the kitchen was closed? Can you imagine if she came out with a knife with that didplay of anger!? Also she was banging the dishes around inside and outside of the kitchen. Not a very homy type of feeling I would want my 3 boys around. You think the supervisor would have had others help or do something herself other than standing around on her phone. The pool opened 45 minutes later than the normal time. This place just needs more people to manage more people. It has cheapskate owner vibes. To top it off they tried to overcharge us for the wrong price!! Watch your back because this place will not! You go to a hotel and a vacation destination to relax and unwind..this place did not offer that experience. You offered stress fear and anxiety!!!

Quiet corporate area, safe, lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is OK not great, typical powdered eggs and low quality ingredients. A competing brand has better free breakfasts. But the rooms/suites here are amazing. And the rooms overlooking the pool are nice.
