Can't knock the location. It's perfect. I've stayed here several times, but the most recent stay was the worst of them. I don't know whether the hotel changed managers or what, but there are signs that the place is starting to fall apart. The hallways smell musty and the carpets are in dire need of a cleaning. There are stains everywhere. The rooms need a refresh, too. They have large blue dumpsters on each floor that tend to smell when they're not emptied properly. The outlets on the bedside lamp didn't work at all (ended up using the surge protector behind the table). On that note, why put the microwave and mini-fridge next to the bed instead of near the TV like every other hotel? Also, several channels on the TV don't even work. It took FOREVER for the hot water in the shower to work and they give you the world's smallest bar of soap. Some of the front desk staff aren't very attentive. They argue with each other and look like they'd rather be anywhere but there. The parking issues are well-documented. They have maybe 30 spaces for 80 rooms and it's very tight. Breakfast hours have changed and are shorter overall, and some of the food isn't exactly the best. They charged $220 for one night for all of those issues. Something has happened to this place that gives me a bad vibe. Not sure I'll stay here again. Please, management, I liked this place. Don't let it crumble further!

The location of the hotel is excellent. We booked a block for our wedding in the Hicksville area. The rooms were spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, the property was newly renovated, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff was extremely courteous, the parking was strategically located, and the conference rooms were good. I had a great experience and would come back again.

The hotel is in a terrific position. We had a group reservation for our wedding in the Hicksville area. The rooms were spacious, the beds were extremely comfy, the property was recently refurbished, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff was very polite, the parking was convenient, and the meeting rooms were nice. I had a great time and would definitely return.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The manager was extremely arrogant, and the staff wasn’t friendly at all. The facilities are not worth the price; I’ve stayed in much cheaper and cleaner places. The WiFi and breakfast were terrible. Plus, I tried to extend my stay, but because I didn’t check out exactly at 11, they kicked me out. This has never happened to me before. I do not recommend it at all.”
